"He's regained his abilities," Aurora thought. "This footage is proof that he can use them without me. Why did he hide this from me?"
She shook her head, forcing herself to stay calm. "I can't be hasty about this. I don't have all the facts yet. For now, I'll keep this footage just in case. It won't do much as leverage, but it's all I've got should he decide to abandon our contract."
Aurora carefully placed the tapes she had into her handbag. "I need to dispose of any backup tapes that might have recorded his powers. If those tapes are discovered, there could be unforeseen consequences."
She began to walk out of her office, her mind racing. "It's decided - I won't mention this to him until he brings it up. I'll play oblivious and see if he makes any moves or tries to lie about it."
