Kassandra's POV
I heard that explosion outside and found a way to leave the party smoothly.
When I opened that door on the side of the palace, the seven male siblings landed on the ground and checked the situation themselves.
They didn't notice my presence. I have a bad feeling about that incident, but for now, we will focus on this celebration. My husband and I were drinking this juice when Kalix spoke.
"I'm glad the party isn't ruined," he mumbles.
I noticed how worried he was. That's normal because this is a special moment for couples. I held his palm underneath the table.
"Don't be too hard on yourself. You guys worked together and managed to take care of the problem. You see it now? This is the reason why I want the ten of you to work together. To trust each other and it'll make things easier," I whispered.
