Gregory's POV
I wasn't expecting a princess as fragile-looking as her to raise a gun to her own brother in order to protect her people.
I crouch down and grab her gun. I held her palm. "I never thought you could wield a gun," I mumbled.
Everyone was heading to the gazebo, where our meal was waiting for us.
Kalix and Kassandra look at me. I nod, and he grabs his wife's hand. They followed the others.
"I learn secretly. I always have them just in case that big brother showed up, and I'm the only one who can protect my subordinates. Kassandra was still in amnesia. She can't help me when danger arrives," she replied.
I stood by her side to cover her when she lifted her skirt and put back her gun on its belt. She looked at me and smiled sadly.
"I'm sorry, your majesty. I will take care of my business. I'll protect myself. No need to bother about my existence."
