Anna stood frozen, stunned, as Sienna continued hurling accusations at her.
Her words felt like tiny stabs:
"You're a bad person, Anna! You're selfish, arrogant, and... ugly!"
The last comment took even Aria by surprise, and she burst into laughter, unable to contain herself.
Her laughter echoed down the hallway, drawing the attention of the few girls still leaving the bath.
Anna, on the other hand, felt a flush of heat creep up her face as she frowned slightly.
"Why are you laughing?" Sienna asked, crossing her arms and glaring at Aria.
Aria tried to calm down, though her lips still twitched with suppressed laughter.
"Sorry, but... ugly? Was that really the best insult you could come up with? That's ridiculous. Besides," she added, stepping toward Anna and cupping her cheeks with both hands, "Anna isn't ugly—she's adorable."
