Karim's POV:
Today was the day.
The day that would determine everything.
Election results would be announced, and the anticipation was almost unbearable. I spent the entire day glued to the news, watching the countdown of votes.
My heart pounded with each passing minute, the tension mounting as the hours dragged on.
I wasn't alone. Uziel, Mackenzie, Nadia, and other party members were with me in the office, all equally tense.
The atmosphere was thick with anxiety, everyone on edge.
Conversations were hushed, and every update on the screen drew collective gasps or sighs of relief. The room was a mix of hope and fear.
We had worked so hard for this moment.
Every campaign, every speech, every handshake with the public had led us here. The culmination of months of tireless effort was finally upon us, and it was agonizing to wait for the final result.
As the day wore on, the office became a myriad of emotions.
