I looked at him and laughed. "You."
He raised his brows, not understanding. "Me?"
I repeated, a playful smile on my lips. "You're my interesting encounter."
He blushed, a flush of color rising to his cheeks. "Well, I wasn't expecting that."
We both laughed.
Karim's eyes softened as he looked at me. "You always know how to surprise me, Kristen. I'm grateful to have you in my life."
