Chapter 62 - 62. I am a Clone

(Guys!, We are still out of the Top 10 and also dropped in rankings by 10 in the time section, Give me your Powerstones!)

One of Sora's clones found himself in a residential area that had seen better days. Buildings were damaged, debris littered the streets, and the sounds of distant battles echoed ominously. As he surveyed the area, he spotted a group of civilians huddled in the partially collapsed entrance of a shop, fear evident on their faces.

The clone approached them cautiously, not wanting to startle the already frightened group. "It's okay," he called out, trying to make his young voice sound as reassuring as possible. "I'm here to help evacuate you to a safe location."

One of the civilians, an elderly woman, peered at him sceptically. "You? But you're just a child!"

The clone couldn't help but roll his eyes. "Yes, I'm young, but I'm also a ninja of Konoha. Now, unless you'd prefer to stay here and risk being crushed by falling debris or worse, I suggest you follow me."

The group exchanged uncertain glances, but with no better options available, they reluctantly agreed to follow the young ninja.

As they made their way through the war-torn streets, the clone kept his senses alert for any signs of danger. His vigilance paid off when he detected the chakra signatures of two enemy ninjas approaching rapidly from behind.

"Everyone, get down!" he shouted, pushing the civilians into the shelter of a nearby alleyway just as a barrage of shuriken whistled through the air where they had been standing moments before.

Two Sound ninja landed in the street, their eyes locked on the young clone. "Well, what do we have here?" one of them sneered. "A little leaf brat playing hero?"

The clone's eyes narrowed. "I'd be careful if I were you," he warned. "You might find this 'little leaf brat' more than you can handle."

The Sound ninja laughed, clearly not taking the threat seriously. Their laughter, however, died in their throats as the clone's hands blurred through a series of hand seals.

"Water Style: Water Bullet Jutsu!"

A series of high-pressure water projectiles shot from the clone's mouth, catching the enemy ninja off guard. One managed to dodge, but the other took a direct hit to the chest, the force of the impact sending him crashing into a nearby wall.

The remaining Sound ninja snarled in anger, pulling out a kunai and charging at the clone. But Sora's clone was ready. As the enemy ninja closed in, the clone used the Body Flicker technique to disappear from view, reappearing behind his opponent in an instant.

Before the Sound ninja could react, the clone had already placed a seal tag on his back. The tag glowed briefly before activating, and the enemy ninja suddenly found himself unable to move, his body paralyzed by the seal's effects.

With both threats neutralized, the clone turned back to the group of civilians, who were staring at him with a mixture of awe and disbelief.

"Right," he said, clapping his hands together. "Shall we continue?"

As they resumed their journey to the evacuation point, the elderly woman who had doubted him earlier shuffled up beside him. "I... I apologize for doubting you earlier, young man," she said, her voice trembling slightly. "You truly are a skilled ninja."

The clone smiled up at her. "No need to apologize, ma'am. I get that a lot. Now, let's focus on getting you all to safety, okay?"

Meanwhile, another of Sora's clones found himself in a different part of the village, where a fierce battle was taking place between Konoha and Sand Ninja. As he assessed the situation, he spotted a Konoha chunin locked in combat with a Sand ninja, and it was clear that the Leaf shinobi was on the losing end of the fight.

Without hesitation, the clone sprang into action. Using his enhanced speed, he appeared silently behind the Sand Ninja. Before the enemy could even register his presence, the clone had already struck, delivering a precise chakra-enhanced chop to the back of the neck that instantly incapacitated his target.

As the Sand ninja crumpled to the ground, the clone quickly applied a binding seal, ensuring that the enemy wouldn't be causing any more trouble even if he regained consciousness.

The entire encounter had taken less than five seconds.

The Konoha chunin stood there, jaw hanging open in disbelief. One moment he had been fighting for his life, and the next, his opponent was on the ground, defeated by a child who hadn't even been there a few seconds ago.

"You... how did you..." the chunin stammered, struggling to find words.

The clone shrugged. "Body Flicker technique, combined with combined with my Signature Jutsu Makes for some pretty impressive speed." He grinned at the still-stunned chunin. "You might want to close your mouth before you catch flies."

Before the chunin could respond, the clone was already moving on to his next target, leaving the older ninja to shake his head in amazement. "Kids these days," he muttered to himself. "Terrifying, the lot of them."

As the battles raged on throughout the village, Sora's clones continued their mission of rescue and support. They moved with a speed and efficiency that belied their young age, evacuating civilians, providing backup to overwhelmed Konoha ninjas, and incapacitating enemy shinobi wherever they found them.

One clone found himself face to face with a particularly tough opponent - a Sand Jounin who had been cutting a swath through Konoha's forces. The clone knew he wasn't supposed to engage directly with Jounin-level opponents, but that instruction was for the original, not the clone.

"Well, what do we have here?" the Sand Jounin sneered as he noticed the small redhead standing before him. "Shouldn't you be playing with dolls, little girl?"

The clone's eye twitched in annoyance. "First of all, I'm a boy," he growled. "And second, the only one who's going to be playing here is you - playing dead!"

With that, the clone rushed forward, moving at Jounin-level speed thanks to his Shape-Shifting Jutsu. The Sand Jounin's eyes widened in surprise at the unexpected burst of speed, forcing him to use his own movement technique to retreat while weaving hand signs.

The clone's eyes narrowed as he recognized the jutsu even before the Jounin finished the hand seals. Without hesitation, he performed a chakra-enhanced jump, launching himself into the air just as a powerful gust of wind tore through the area where he had been standing, demolishing everything in its path.

"Not bad, kid," the Jounin admitted grudgingly. "But you should stick to playing house instead of playing ninja." His hands were already moving through another set of seals as he puffed out his cheeks, preparing to launch another wind attack at the airborne clone.

But the clone wasn't about to be caught off guard. Even as he sailed through the air, his own hands flashed through a series of signs. Suddenly, the ground beneath the Jounin's feet turned to mud, and a giant hand of earth erupted from the ground, grasping at the enemy ninja.

Simultaneously, the clone in the air pulled out a kunai with an explosive tag attached. With a flick of his wrist, the single kunai

multiplied into hundreds, all hurtling towards the trapped Jounin.

However, the Sand Jounin wasn't a high-ranking ninja for nothing. Instead of panicking, he calmly aimed his wind jutsu at the ground beneath his feet at an angle. The force of the technique not only freed him from the earthen grasp but also propelled him away from the barrage of explosive kunai.

As he sailed through the air, the Jounin's sharp eyes caught a flicker of movement. Another Earth Clone of Sora had emerged from the ground behind him, hands outstretched to slap a sealing tag on his back. With a mid-air twist that spoke of years of experience, the Jounin narrowly avoided the clone's grasp.

Landing gracefully some distance away, the Sand Jounin couldn't help but let out a low whistle of appreciation. "Well, I'll be damned," he muttered. "The kid's got some moves."

The original clone landed on the ground, deflecting a barrage of shuriken with deadly accuracy. "Well," Sora said, trying to buy time as he assessed his options, "I guess Jounins are expected to be experienced."

The Jounin's eyes narrowed. "Flattery will get you nowhere, brat. Though I must admit, you've given me more of a workout than I expected. But playtime's over now."
