Chapter 8: A Day with the Female Lead
After the constant suffering and beating Astrid went through due to Orion's harsh training, he lay on the floor, tired his face devoid of emotions as he stared blankly at the top of the magic barrier.
After training with his father for four hours straight, his mind was left numb, the magic barrier couldn't heal mental wounds after all.
Astrid glanced at his body, his clothes covered in dirt and mud, ragged and torn in different places, 'Fuck! And I just took a shower a while back'
He then turned and took a peak at Orion, who was training by himself, destroying and damaging the terrain of the clear field. Each and every slash of his caused a deep gap on the ground, and he was just using a wooden sword at that.
Astrid was lucky his father had gone over to the far side of the field, or else he would have been sliced countless times already.
He heard hurried footsteps behind him and lazily stood up to check who was approaching. "What do you want?" Astrid questioned, noticing it was another servant.
His breathing was ragged as he tried to force the words out of his mouth, already tired from the journey of trying to reach the field, "The Mistress...requests your attention...that young lady Sienna has already arrived, and is waiting for you."
His eyes widened in surprise and excitement, "Really! She has already arrived... I need to leave this place quick."
Astrid looked at his father who was to absorbed in his training to even notice the servant had come, he then whispered into the servants ear, "quick, follow me, let's leave before he notices us..."
Astrid immediately dashed forward at a speed unreasonable for one his age, leaving the servant at a lost for words. He then sighed before he began sluggishly running back. 'I can't believe I am running all the way back again...'
As he was running though, a wooden sword pierced the ground Infront of him, shattering the ground, before a loud voice sounding behind him making him freeze up with sweat running down his back.
"And where the hell do you think your going?"

'sigh! I feel kinda sorry for using that servant as bait'
A wide grin appeared on his face,'well I had no choice hahahahaha! My girlfriend awaits'
His speed increased once more as he saw his large house in the distance. He ran with enough speed to allow him reach the house in a few minutes.
Back on earth, even the fastest horse powered car could not move this fast, and yet here he was, a five year old moving at such speeds. The gods of Isekai really tried for him at least.
He could swear that if he had tried to move even one tenth of the speed he had used to get here back in his past life, he would have snapped like a twig.
Reaching the door of his house, he immediately pushed it open, to see his mother and another beautiful woman seating opposite her, with white hair and and a busty milf body. She had an aura around her that screamed, beauty. She was still not as beautiful as Lia though.
Beside her was a young girl who looked to be the same age as Astrid. She looked like a perfect copy of her mother, except on the smaller and younger side.
His mother seeing him abruptly enter was at first suprised, but a welcoming smile crawled on her face, "Ahhh! Astrid, your back, how did training go, hope your father went easy on you this time?"
Astrid smiled sadistically, 'Ohh! If only she knew what that Old rag was doing to her one and only son, he would have been crucified long ago.'
"It was..."
"Astrid!!!!" The girl with white hair ran over with speed even greater than Astrid's before hugging him tight. Astrid swallowed his remaining words, as he scented her flowery scent.
A warm smile appeared on his face as he hugged her back, his words calm and composed, "Sienna! How have you been!"
"I have been fine!" She replied happily as she continued hugging him.
Astrid then looked at her mother and smiled, "Good afternoon Lady Misha, Its a pleasure meeting you once more."
She smiled and nodded her head, "How are you Astrid! Hope you and your father are not at each other's necks anymore" she said with a chuckle.
Lia laughed, "You know Orion, him and Astrid are still always fighting, it's quite funny infact."
'Funny you say! Because your not the one getting pounded by a gorilla, that's why you think it's funny' Astrid thought with a smile on his face, a vein popping on his head.
He felt the warmness around his body leaving him as Sienna pulled out of the hug, a slight frown on her face as she looked at his tattered appearance. "Astrid! What happened?" She questioned.
"It's nothing! Just me and my father training!" He answered with a chuckle.
"Hmph! I have always hated your father because of the way he beats you! When i grow up, I will make sure to beat him up for you." She said with a pouting expression, her arms folded.
Her deceleration made both women in the room laugh heartily, while Astrid looked at her with a surprise, his mouth agape.
"Astrid, go and clean up, so you can play with Sienna!" His mother said to him after cleaning the little tears on her eye.
"Yes ma! He replied as he walked upstairs.
"I will go with Astrid!" Sienna suddenly proclaimed as she ran and grabbed Astrid's arm. Astrid looked at her happy face before continuing to walk upstairs with her in tow.
"Astrid's intelligence always surprises me, he acts as though he is in his late teens!" Misha said to Lia as she watched the both of them go upstairs. She didn't try to stop Sienna because she knew Sienna would throw a tantrum, and the only person who would be able to calm her down was Astrid. They were already used to her going to Astrid's room, and anyway, they where both five years old, what could they possibly do.
Lia smiled, "Yes! He suprised even us as well." She laughed remembering Astrid's behavior.
Astrid had already expected to meet the female lead, and the MC's lover, Sienna one way or another. But he didn't expect them to meet in such a way.
Turns out, his mother and her mother where best friends, and when they where both two, they where bethroted to each other because both mothers wanted there friendship to be something more, they wanted to become a family.
The first time Astrid met Sienna, he was suprised, and she was very shy about meeting him, but she slowly warmed up to him.
Due to her strength even as a child, she couldn't play with any child her age, and she had become somehow anti social, but that was till Astrid came along, the only child her age she could actually play with, without the need of worrying about injuring him.
Because of this, she never wanted to let him go, and whenever she came to their home, she clung onto him like a koala, simply put it, she was obsessed with him.
