I decided to pay my father a surprise visit at his company since I was bored at home. My driver dropped me off at Atlas Enterprises which was my father's company, I didn't enter through the company's main door and followed another door with an elevatorwhich would lead me to my father's office. I stepped out from the elevator and scanned the tenth floor which was where my father's office was located, I saw two hefty men standing at the entrance of his door, I wanted my visit to be a surprise and I knew if I followed that door that the men were standing they would alert my father of my presence and luckily for me that was not the only entrance to my father's office. I went through a corridor and soon stood in front of a large golden door, only my father and I had access to this door, I put in the password and was granted entrance, I entered the office but didn't see my father and so I thought maybe he would be in the inner room, I soon stood in front of another large door and put in the password, when the doors opened I was shocked at the sight that welcomed me that was when my father turned his head towards the door and said
"Sera, what are you doing here", but I couldn't hear what he said because at that moment I lost consciousness.
**Charles**
I quickly ran to Sera when she dropped on the floor then I called my most trusted guard
"Carten" I shouted his name, he quickly came rushing inside, Carten was one of the few people who knew the password to this place
"Call a doctor quickly" I told him and he wasted no time in doing that, I carried her to my office and laid her down on the couch
"Clean that place up and burn the body" I told Carten
" Yes Boss" he said and left to do what I assigned him, a few minutes later a doctor arrived, he examined Sera and said
" There's nothing to worry about she's perfectly fine, she fainted due to shock but I have given her an injection that would help her" the doctor who is a friend of mine said
" Thank you, I'll walk you out" I told him and escorted him. I went back to my office and waited for Sera to regain consciousness, I sat behind my desk sorting out some files and signed the ones that needed my signature.
**An hour later**

I opened my eyes slowly still trying to adjust my eyes to the light my head was aching me badly and I was thirsty, I slowly got up and tried to stand up to get a glass of water when I heard a voice
"Hold on", it was my father's voice, he went to the table and poured me a glass of water and came over to me and handed me the galss of water, I looked at him with scared eyes and slowly took the water from him after drinking the entire glass of water I gave it back to him and he put it back on the table and then he sat close to me and then he began
"Sera dear, about what you saw in there, I'm sorry you had to see that"
"Dad, what are you saying, you killed someone and you are telling me this, what is going on" I asked him with tears in my eyes
"I think it's high time for you to know what I really do for a living"
"I don't understand" I told him
"My dear have you heard of mafias" he asked me
"Yes I've heard of them but what does that have to do with you"
"I am one of them, in the underworld I am called Dorian Thorne and the name of my organisation is Crimson Dragon"
" What!" I shouted, I couldn't believe my father is a mafia boss
" Someday I'll like you to take over from me" he said looking me straight in the eyes
" You must be joking, there's no way I'm gonna jeopardize my whole life to become a mafia" I said standing up
" Sera I think you need time to think about this, I'll give you as much time as you want"
" I don't need any fucking time but I'm not gonna become a mafia" After saying that I left the office and this time I left through the main door, I entered the car and told the driver to take my home.
**Charles**
After Sera left I called in Steve who was one of the men standing at the entrance to my office
"I told you not to let anyone in not even my daughter" I said in anger
"Boss, I didn't let her in I think she followed the other door" he said with his head lowered
"Why didn't you put someone there, you guys are all useless and you will be punished" then I called Carten
" Yes Boss, you called me"
" Make their training harder they shouldn't be allowed to rest for a minute and they should only eat once a day" I told him in a commanding tone
" Yes Boss"
" You both should leave" I dismissed them and went to sit in my chair I just hope Sera gets over this
