Three Months Later
The Grand Canyon bore the scars of relentless training, its majestic landscape marred by craters and burn marks. Cliffs and rock formations, once sturdy and unyielding, were now pocked with dents and some completely obliterated, while others sported scorched surfaces. In one section of the canyon, a sphere of blackness hung in the air, absorbing all light and appearing as a blot against the sky. The sphere began to tremble, cracks spiderwebbing across its surface, until it shattered like glass, revealing Gojo inside.
Gojo emerged shirtless, his lean, muscular form glistening with sweat. His loose-fitted trousers fluttered slightly in the breeze, and his glowing eyes shone with an intense light. As the remnants of his collapsed domain settled around him, he fell to his knees, exhaling deeply.
"Haaaa... That's the fourth one," he muttered, catching his breath. "And another ten minutes. Four expansions, each lasting ten minutes, is my limit for now, it would seem."
He stood slowly, contemplating his progress. 'The real Gojo could expand his domain several times a day without getting exhausted. How did he manage that?' His thoughts wandered to Sukuna, the King of Curses. 'Speaking of Sukuna, I've perfected the telekinetic slashes.'
Flashback
In the depths of the canyon, Gojo had trained tirelessly, attempting to replicate Sukuna's Cleave and Dismantle. He focused on mimicking the precision and destructive power of the telekinetic slashes. Initially, his attempts were wild and unfocused, resulting in minimal damage. But with persistence, he honed his control, slicing through rock formations with ease. Over time, his telekinetic slashes grew sharper and more lethal, capable of cleaving through solid stone and dismantling obstacles with a mere thought.
'The training was brutal,' he recalled. 'But now, I can cause immense damage with a single slash. It's like wielding invisible blades, cutting through anything in my path.'
Gojo's telepathy had seen significant improvement. He had learned to filter the noise, focusing on individual thoughts and conversations at will. His range had expanded, allowing him to scan vast areas for specific minds. 'I can now locate anyone within a few hundred miles,' he thought. 'And I've learned to implant suggestions and even shield others from mental attacks although I still lack experience.'
Teleportation had become second nature to him. He could now transport himself anywhere on Earth in an instant, regardless of the distance. The memory of transporting a 50-ton iceberg to the desert came to mind. The exhilaration he felt then still lingered. 'Moving something that massive was a rush,' he thought. 'I've pushed my limits and realized I can transport enormous loads with ease.'
Telekinesis had also advanced significantly. Gojo could now lift over 600 tons, and his flight speed had reached Mach 4, moving at 3,100 mph. He had experimented with various applications, such as manipulating the environment and creating powerful force fields. 'I've been trying to recreate Gojo's Infinity with telekinesis,' he mused. 'Instead of slowing things down, I can stop them millimeters from touching me, like a second skin. It requires immense concentration, but my telepathy helps with that.'
Flashback: Mental Training
Gojo had spent weeks arranging his mind to resemble a galaxy, with space dust, star clusters, and supernovae. His memories were hidden within certain stars, while others served as decoys. 'Even though I asked for immunity, there are still entities like the Phoenix that I need to watch out for,' he thought. 'Other threats include powerful telepaths like Charles Xavier and Apocalypse and cosmic entities.'
During his mental training, he discovered a way to split his focus, granting him the ability to multitask. One part of his mind continuously maintained his telekinetic shield, a near-impenetrable barrier. 'It's like having a second brain,' he reflected. 'I can concentrate on other tasks while keeping the shield up.'
Gojo emerged from his reflections, considering how much he had improved. His telekinesis now allowed him to perform abilities akin to the Deva Path from Naruto. He could push and pull objects with incredible force, create repulsive barriers, and even manipulate gravity to an extent.
His ability to reject phenomena had also seen growth. He pondered why Orihime didn't use it against Aizen to erase him from reality. 'Maybe she didn't realize the full potential of her power,' he thought. 'I can use it to reverse damage, negate attacks, and potentially erase enemies from existence. The possibilities are endless.'
As Gojo's understanding of his rejection powers deepened, he discovered new and profound applications. One of the most significant was the ability to instantly heal himself by rejecting damage. With a thought, he could negate any harm done to his body, rejecting all outward phenomena that could affect him. This power extended to rejecting illness, poison, and even the effects of aging.
'Orihime's power was always about rejecting reality,' he mused. 'If I can reject damage, I can heal myself instantly. If I can reject outward phenomena, I become invulnerable to attacks. The potential is limitless but then again it requires a tremendous amount of energy.'
He tested his theory by cutting his hand with a concentrated blast of cleave seeing as most things couldn't breach his skin. Blood welled up from the wound, but with a mere thought and a whisper of "I reject," the cut sealed itself, leaving no trace. The same principle allowed him to reject fatigue, instantly rejuvenating his body and mind.
'This is incredible,' he thought. 'I can heal any injury, no matter how severe. I can withstand any attack, no matter how powerful. Orihime's power isn't just about rejecting damage; it's about rejecting reality itself.'
He contemplated other applications of his rejection powers. By rejecting the concept of distance, he could teleport more accurately. By rejecting the passage of time, he could slow down or speed up his perception. The more he experimented, the more he realized how versatile and powerful this ability was.
But the problem was it required a massive amount of energy to do and the more complicated the task the harder it gets to reject as he once tried to reject a lizard back to life and well the headache he felt was out of this world although, he succeeded he felt a massive drain after doing it.
'Can't imagine if I tried that with a human.'
Gojo floated into the air, surveying the damage he had done to the canyon. 'I've tested my powers enough for now,' he thought. 'It's time to set things right.' He raised his palm, facing it downward towards the scarred landscape. Closing his eyes, he focused on the pristine state of the canyon before his training had begun.
'I reject,' he thought, concentrating his power. A golden light enveloped his hand, radiating outwards. The light spread across the canyon, and as it did, the craters filled in, the burn marks vanished, and the rock formations reformed as if they had never been touched.
The light intensified, becoming a brilliant flash that bathed the entire area. When it faded, the Grand Canyon stood restored to its natural, untouched state. Gojo descended slowly, feeling the strain of such a massive restoration but also a deep sense of satisfaction.
'Restoring an entire canyon… Orihime's power truly is manipulation of reality at its core,' he thought. 'With enough training, there's almost nothing I couldn't undo.'
With one final look at the restored landscape, he teleported back to his apartment, ready to rest and plan his next steps.
His Six Eyes had also improved, granting him enhanced perception and energy detection. He could detect energy signatures, and even analyze the composition of objects. His heat vision had become more precise and powerful, capable of incinerating targets with pinpoint accuracy.
Gojo's eyes glowed brighter as he considered his progress. 'Three months of relentless training have paid off,' he thought. 'I've come a long way, but there's still much to learn. My domain expansions are limited, but with time, I'll be able to match the real Gojo's prowess. For now, I need to focus on refining my techniques and pushing my limits even further.'
He stood up, stretching his muscles, and looked around the canyon. 'This place has been a good training ground,' he thought. 'But it's time to move on. There's a whole world out there that needs protecting.'
Gojo teleported back to his apartment, ready to take on whatever challenges lay ahead.
'Well let's not get too arrogant now shall we.' Thinking about beings who can still erase him with a thought he felt a shiver go down his spine. "Let's not think about those for now."
