"I was able to recruit eighty people, the remaining twenty had nothing to lose, so they were unqualified for the position. Though they would make excellent warriors, they pose a threat and are also a target, so I would not recommend them. You can use them later as bait for war," Tessa said.
"I will see to that, and thank you for your assistance today. I would have seen you off, but I still have people to interview here, so please excuse my bad hospitality." Elliot said, apologizing for not being able to walk her out.
"It is fine. I would like to take a stroll anyway." She assured and began making her way out.
"My lady, are you not hungry?" Tessa realized she needed to eat after Kiki asked. Her stomach had been making sounds in the hall, but she did not pay much attention because she was having fun. At this rate, she would have an ulcer if she continued neglecting her diet.
