He laughed and then smirked.
He circled me, running his fingers through my hair and inhaling its scent.
Finally, he stopped behind me.
I remained with my arms crossed, while everyone else kept their heads bowed.
I felt the king's breath on my ear.
"Why 'no'? Don't you know that I always get what I want?" he whispered, then licked my ear.
He circled around to face me again, examining me from head to toe.
"You look like her," he said.
I frowned at that.
"Who are you talking about?" I asked.
"Hahaha... Why? Do you want to know who it is? Sorry, love, but that information isn't free," he said, grinning as he brought his face closer to mine again.
Who is he talking about? Who do I resemble?
Could he be talking about Goddess Blue? Does he know my mom?
So many questions flooded my mind.
