Knowing that time was quickly running out, the majority of the guild rushed outside in search of Laxus and the Thunder Legion. Dante stayed behind to talk to Markov for a moment, he knew this must be killing him inside.
"Master I'm sorry about this but I'm going to have to knock Laxus into the ground for this. I know you hate it when we go all out but I don't see any other choice" stated Dante since he was the best bet for Fairy Tail to win. Markov couldn't fight thanks to Freed's enchantments trapping him in the guild. With Erza turned to stone, and Mystogan out of town as usual, Dante was the only remaining S-class wizard left. "You can count on me master, I'll make Laxus see how much of a jerk he's being" responded Dante before he ran out of the guild.
Dante was joined by Natsu who had woken back up after being shocked by Laxus's magic. With a smile Dante thought his chances of beating Laxus would be much better if Natsu could back him up.
