"Oceana and Ethan were in it too?!"
Jared noticed the flare in her emotions. This information was doing more harm than good to her.
Before Skai got a chance to speak again, he yanked the phone from her hand.
"Hello Kiera," he spoke quickly.
"H-hi," her voice came through. "Jared?"
"Yeah. Skai's not handling this well. Let's meet up some other time. We'll talk more. But for now, I'm gonna end the call."
"O-okay. Huh, please help me calm her down and let her know I didn't want to do Yasmin's work for her and needed them tj sort it out themselves."
