"Excuse me, ma'am, but you can't go in," one of the guards said, stepping in front of her.
Marina blinked in surprise, her voice sharp with disbelief. "What do you mean I can't go in?"
"I'm sorry, Miss Marina," the guard replied, a hint of discomfort in his eyes. "Mr. Arshe has given strict orders not to let anyone through without his express permission."
"Not even me?" she demanded, her voice rising. "Do you know who I am?"
The guard hesitated, glancing at his colleague for support. "We do, but… Mr. Arshe was very clear about his instructions."
Marina's eyes narrowed, her anger barely contained. "Let me through," she insisted, but it was clear from the guard's stance that he wasn't going to budge.
