It was such a familiar name. Invitations to social events were a rarity for Seraphina, who had spent much of her recent past unwell and secluded. Apart from a few grand gatherings, her presence had often been overlooked. Small-scale salon parties or intimate tea gatherings were typically off-limits to her. Yet, amidst these rejections, one invitation had always found its way to her: "The Marchioness of Nibeia's Salon Party."
"The Marchioness of Nibeia is a regular salon host," Gilbert explained, handing her the delicate invitation card. "She's the one who has been hosting and managing the salon herself, which is why she is so affectionate towards it. Therefore, it doesn't appear to be a bad place to adjust yourself back into the social world."
