Seeing Seraphina still flustered, Raven smiled gently and placed his hand on her cheek, stopping her from continuing.
"Let's save it for tonight," he said, his voice low but playful. "We still have the whole evening ahead, and trust me, we'll make the most of it."
Seraphina pouted slightly, her lips still glistening from earlier. "But..." she started to protest, her body still warmed from the intimacy.
Raven chuckled, stroking her hair. "We have a cookie shop to run tonight, remember? You wouldn't want to miss out on that."
Her eyes widened as she recalled their plan. "Oh, right! The shop!" she exclaimed, quickly wiping her mouth and sitting up. She glanced toward the wall, where the sounds from the next room continued. It was clear the couple next door had moved on to different activities, possibly different positions. Seraphina's face flushed again, but she shook it off, focusing on the task ahead.
