Chapter 76
Jennifer's POV
I sat in my room, my thoughts wandering back to everything that had unfolded with Luciana. The news of her being caught in a warehouse fire had come as a shock, and though things between us had always been tense, especially after what happened with Richard, I found no comfort in hearing about her possible death.
I remembered back when we were still kids when we did practically almost evening together. Luciana had grown up with us since she was a child that everyone thought she was my sister. It wasn't until we started growing up into adults that alot had to change between us.
Everything had started when as a little girl I overheard mom and dad talk about dad's late brother and Luciana's father who had died while trying to escape from the police with his car falling off a cliff into a lagoon.
