Jack's POV:
I was so angry and confused at the same time. When I thought I had already got so close to unraveling everything, I ended up ending up the same way I started.
"Sir, we might need to take our leave now. This might be an ambush." Neo said, in fear.
My burning anger couldn't let me think straight for a while. I shook my head and decided to continue searching for them. "No, this might be a trick and they are only trying to lure us away from here. Go get Jax." I stated.
Neo left quickly, to fetch Jax. I stood on the same spot and continued staring around, to see where if there was a room we left out.
Even though the building had so many rooms, I was convinced we had searched through every single one. "Sir, is something the issue? I don't see anyone around..." Jax said, as he emerged with Neo.
