Heaven is not necessarily a garden of flowers you could never find on earth. It could be a cool and quiet place, and it could be noisy when you have Uriel trying his best to calm a group of redeemed demons they called up here to have a series of meetings with. Also with Ariel walking around with that annoying flute of hers and Gabriel constantly leaning over Michael's ears to bombard him with sarcastic jokes.
But otherwise, Heaven is rather a dream come true. A flourishing community of powerful angels of different ranks.
There is no pain, no suffering, no reason to cry, but there could be arguments when the demons come over.
