She sat before the beautiful scenery of the dining room all evening. Pulling one of the chairs near the large see-through walls and her cat sleeping peaceful beside one of the feet of the chairs. Her ears plugged in to her headphones as one of Ariana Grande's music was playing from her phone. She stared silently at the view as it began to rain over their town and the large mountains surrounding them.
The sun set over an hour ago as the dark rain clouds began to herald nightfall, and the aura it gave was so tranquil and relaxing. Ebony loved it so much when it rains at night.
"There you are."
She removed the headphones and turned at the voice of Hale standing by the entrance of the dining room. She smiled at him when he began to take small steps to where she sat and stood before her.
"I have been trying to reach you last night and all day. Are you alright?"
Her smile reduced as she remembered how her party ended last night.
