At noon the next day, they were still in bed, laid cuddled up sleeping. Ebony sleeping peacefully on his chest and her arms around him. The sleep they both had been a long, needed one and right in each other's arms made the sleep much engaging until she woke up. Ebony raised her sleepy head off his chest with her hands to her mouth in disbelief.

When she thought he moved and was also beginning to wake up from his deep, dream state, she closed her eyes tight shut and pretended to be asleep. Which caused her to fall asleep for another one-hour.
Eyes fluttering open again, she sprung up quickly from her bed when the demon was no-longer laying by her side.

He's awake from his deep, dream state, and the chances of her sneaking out to leave were already limited.
