Ebony paused from peeling at the skin on her palm to stare at her sneakers in deep thought. She was yet to figure out what to do that could really break a demon like Rayven. A small blow to his face could be sufficient to communicate a message to him that she could not be messed with or pushed around by him anymore.
He could not always do things to her and get away with it. Especially this.
She raised her head to stare up at Mathew before saying softly, ''He might appear all perfect and flawless, but he actually has a weakness.''
Mathew raised an eyebrow at where she was heading to without saying it.
''He has this bizarre phobia for light and hates it when a crowd of unfamiliar faces stares at his face," she said.
Mathew tried to make sense of that. How could light and being stared at be considered a person's weakness? Especially to a demon like Rayven?
