Chapter 70 - 70 A nickname

I think Cassy might have heard me since her face churned in disgust. "That was a mistake, just a mutter, not meant for you."

"Hey, are you close with Mr. Vale? I saw you talking to him on the balcony today when I went to check on you. Is there things you are not telling me?" Cassy clutched to my right arm pulling me to her.

"I have to go, I have to..." Successfully, I freed myself from her grip, hurrying my steps to my car and then entered in. Inhaling in, I grabbed my phone from my purse and dialed Jeraldine's number. "Pick up, damnit!" My breathing was erratic and sweat profusely dripping from my forehead.

Whatever Jeraldine did with that name was going to get her into trouble. Lucian was already making calls to search in ND out of every woman in that place, luckily for me, I was able to slip away.
