It wasn't really teasing so much as condescendingly bullying a cat.
In his hand, he dangled a cat treat back and forth, but the cat didn't dare to swipe at it, too terrified to even make a sound.
The black and white cat, crouching low beside his leather shoes, didn't dare move an inch.
Such trifles soon bored him.
