Chapter 2
The contest

It was morning and I was woken up by my personal assistant Mulan, today is the day the three princes have been waiting for.i took my bath, dressed in my royal regalia and set out to the field where everyone was waiting.when I got to the field, everyone stood up to clap but I calmed them down"today is a great day indeed today I shall crown one of my sons as heir to the Ming dynasty but I must warn that whoever wins this should not allow pride and arrogance to overwhelm him and those that were not declared the winner should get a grip on themselves.
Wu Yung p.o.v
I was so annoyed when I heard the news that Wu ling was part of the contest,I don't know why I but I despise him so much I just feel like tearing him into pieces but I will just stick to general Lin's plot that way I will capture the throne.
Flashback******
Wu Yung p.o.v.
I was in my room strategizing on how to win the contest when general Lin entered my room"good day general Lin how may I help you?I asked still focused on my plan book."it is no longer news that your father loves Wu ling more than you and he will do anything to make him king over you which will be bad for you"general Lin said in a low tone"what do I do? I asked him looking serious."kill Wu ling during the contest and trust me no one will stand in your way from becoming Lord"he said coldly.i think you are right I said before getting my bow and arrows and then left the room.
End of flashback.
I was still in my trance when the Horn sound brought me back to reality that the contest has just began.
Wu ling p.o.v
Immediately the sound from the Horn hit my ears, I took my bow and arrows and also a pair of scissors so as to enable me get the Lion whiskey.i already built a cage and I applied cat food all over the cage and all I have to do was to make sure the lion chases me to the position of the cage and when the lion eventually did,I jumped inside the cage and covered my self with the cage and when the lion got ontop of the cage, he sticked out his tongue out and then he tasted the cat food and started licking the cage and then I gently cut off the whiskers and then threw another cat food on the ground and the lion jumped off the cage and I Came out unharmed.

I was impressed with the magnitude of wisdom,intelligency and incredibility of my three sons but at the end of the contest, Wu ling won just as I had earlier expected he never fell victim for any obnoxious obstacles even when Wu Yung tried to kill him during the contest
Wu Yung p.o.v.***************. I was so exasperated when father crowned Wu ling heir to the throne.indeed father has conspired against me just because am the rightful heir to the throne but this is not the last they will see of me because I Wu Yung will certainly rule over the Ming dynasty even if it means wiping out the whole family!!!
