Back during World War II, Arthur did not undergo Dr. Erskine's serum enhancement due to his unique circumstances at the time.
But now, if he were to create a perfect serum and it really did do what he wanted, why wouldn't he use it? What reason could there be not to use something he had created?
Well, Arthur's answer was quite frank! He would use it! He craved strength! He wanted to be able to protect himself and his loved ones from future events.
He wanted to snap his fingers at sunset and experience the terrifying thrill of a finger snap!
Banner looked at Arthur and smiled after a moment. "Then let's work towards that goal! For you and for me!"
Arthur shrugged as he heard this and he picked up his breakfast and left the lab with Banner.
The most valuable part of the experimental data had been completed by Arthur, so it was time to take a few days off.
Trying to merge two sets of equations wasn't a task that could be done overnight.
Once an equation was finished, its structure was complicated, and changes affected the whole system.
Modifying it was almost like climbing a mountain! Only someone with Arthur's Disassembler abilities would come up with such a wild idea; anyone else would never come up with such a crazy thought!
But even he had to organize his thoughts carefully before moving forward.
Perhaps he would have to wait until the Disassembler was upgraded and he could add to his knowledge before moving forward.

Sitting in the living room, Arthur enjoyed his meal while watching television, and Banner sat nearby, silently reading a book.
On the TV, a middle-aged man stood amidst a sea of microphones and announced, "Last night at approximately 9:00 p.m., an accident occurred on the Williamsburg Bridge in New York! While most of the events are still speculative, many people witnessed a criminal incident!"
Arthur put down his plate upon hearing this.
"And through preliminary investigation, we have identified a person at the scene. This is why I'm applying for an arrest warrant today to apprehend the so-called masked vigilante, Spiderman!"
"Wow!"
Arthur put down his plate. "This kid told me yesterday that his girlfriend had invited him over for lemon bass. I didn't think he'd end up committing a crime on the Williamsburg Bridge!"
"Spiderman?"
Banner looked surprised. "Is he the same kid you mentioned? He's quite famous lately. People say he's a champion of justice! The protector of this city!"
"You know about him too?"
Arthur looked at Banner in surprise.
"Of course, I'm a fan!"
Banner said, "I wouldn't believe he'd do anything to upset people."
Arthur was speechless. The Green Hulk was a Spider-Man fan? What kind of mess was this?
It had to be because Banner had recently turned over all the pressure to Arthur and was living here, giving him time to follow celebrities.
Otherwise, the Green Hulk wouldn't have the time to run from place to place or tear down houses to find out who Spiderman was.
"You're just too lazy!"
Arthur rolled his eyes and said, "I should find you something to do. If this keeps up, you'll become a useless person!"
Banner decided to ignore Arthur, turned his back on him, and snuggled into the sofa, continuing to read his book!
Since returning the data, Banner's attitude toward Arthur had become increasingly casual.
"…"
Arthur shook his head helplessly and looked at the TV, noticing that the middle-aged police officer had disappeared from the screen.
"He clearly told me that he was going to visit his girlfriend last night. How did he end up causing trouble on the Williamsburg Bridge?"
Murmuring to himself, Arthur's eyes suddenly lit up. "No, it's not trouble – it's the Lizard!!!"
"What's Lizard? A new cartoon?"
Banner put down his book and showed half of his face.
Arthur couldn't care less about him. After quickly finishing his meal, he stood up and said, "I have to go out for a while."
"Go ahead. What would you like for dinner? I'll save it for you."
"… Anything."
Arthur left the house in a huff.
A homebody Green Hulk— who's ever seen that?
I have seen it!!!!!!
Arthur almost wanted to shout to the heavens in frustration, but there was nothing to be proud of.
Instead, he was confused. Spider-Man was clearly becoming more active, but this green Hulk, who roared when he transformed, seemed more and more lost in his own world. Was it the way he was being fed that was the issue?
But it couldn't be… After all, Banner cooked every day.
Puzzled, Arthur scratched his head and called out to Spider-Man.
"Hey!"
Spider-Man's energetic voice came through.
"I heard you were up to some criminal activities last night?"
Arthur said seriously, "Why didn't you invite me along for the ride?"
"Oh, please don't tease me about that!"
Spider-Man's energy immediately turned to frustration and annoyance. "You can't imagine what I ran into last night!"
"Yes, that's exactly what I want to know," Arthur said with a smile.
"Last night I encountered a huge… bizarre… um… I don't even know how to describe it."
Spider-Man thought for a moment before concluding, "Anyway, can we meet tonight? If possible, I'd like your help."
"Alright!"
Arthur smiled and said, "See you tonight. By the way, your description was terrible, you know?"
"I think you're the one who's terrible…"
After hanging up, Arthur stood in the street, not sure where to go.
He had originally intended to find Spider-Man to ask about the Lizard, as he was very interested in that character.
But it seemed that Spider-Man had a lot on his plate today.
Arthur could wait until the evening…
But what should he do for the rest of the day? Wandering aimlessly on the street felt a bit like going wherever the wind blew.
Looking at the bustling crowd and the crisscrossing vehicles, Arthur suddenly felt the urge to buy a car…
Only to realize that he didn't have a driver's license.
In the end, Arthur doesn't go anywhere and spends the whole day in a cafe.
His mind was blank and he didn't want to think about anything. He sat quietly, listened to the music, watched a couple arguing at the next table, and watched the old man behind the counter working diligently.
And so the day passed.
Looking back, Arthur felt that today was a rare and much-needed break!

**Evening!
When Arthur arrives on the rooftop, Spider-Man is wearing his mask like a bandana and eating from a takeout box.
Arthur sat down next to Spider-Man, looked at the takeout box in his hands, and remained silent.
Spider-Man immediately pulled another takeout box out of his backpack. "It's still warm."
"What exactly happened?" Arthur asked as he took the box Spider-Man handed him and sat down next to him to eat.
"It's Dr. Connors!"
Spider-Man told Arthur, "He's the Lizard!"
