"HYAP!" The man cut down the last of the machinery that had come after him. His sword was soon sheathed again, as he walked off, adjusting his black jacket which covered his black armour which coated his chest, arms legs and feet. In the centre of his armoured chest, there was a star shape that glowed a dim, but brilliant blue. His sword had a small, gem-shaped core too in the middle of the hilt and start of the fuller; that glowed the same blue his armour's star-shaped core did.
His eyes pierced the surroundings as he looked around, adjusting his spiky, blonde hair and flattening it down. "That fight was easy!"
As he walked, he could sense nothing more that could be of threat.

"Finally! Gosh, we were all so worried!" A teenage girl turned to him as he opened the door to their base. She jumped down, her skirt was medium-low with black leggings and almost flat heels, she wore a white t-shirt with a dark grey jacket, decorated with green and purple swirls and stripes down the two sides of it, and had a purple skull on the back of her jacket.
"Sorry." He said, clicking his watch as his suit morphed into a black jacket with a white shirt, navy blue jeans and dark, laced shoes. "Got caught up with some of Parval's machines." He explained. "Sorry to worry you, Rory."
"Your fine, Adam." Rory now said, sighing. She now chewed some gum, blowing and popping a bubble with it before chewing it again.
"The mechs are getting more advanced. Seems he realised we are more of a threat than he thought." Adam's face curled into a grin, he really surprised Parval and his other lackeys this time, for sure.
"I wonder, is Parval ever gonna show his lazy butt?" A boy said from the far side of the room. It was Harrison. He was a teenager with dark hair and a black, leather jacket. It had silver rims and pockets attached. His jeans were a deep, dark blue and his brown shoes were neatly tied at the laces. His necklace hung highly on his neck. A green crystal glowed from the end of the necklace. "He's done everything BUT try to stop us himself."
Rory laughed as this, typing on her phone before putting it away. "True that. It's almost time for my mission, anyways. See you, guys!" She waved and used her system: 'A-R-I-I.' to teleport to the front of base in a technological beam of energy.
"How was your mission?" Harrison asked, to which Adam stretched.
"Piece of cake." He answered shortly.

Midway through Rory's mission, both boys got a call from her. On the other side, a panicked Rory was hiding from Parval in one of the main labs. She had jumped into the ceiling entrance after seeing that fighting so many machines at once was like a death wish.
"Come, quick guys!" Rory said before cutting the line.
Instantly, Harrison got into his black suit and the mark on his arm glowed, it looked like a wolf head roaring. See, Harrison had come from the royal family in Winterfall, the city protected by the 'Great Wolf' but it was taken control of by the tyrant leader. They tried to apprehend him, but a strange power came down upon the forces and gave Harrison the power to escape, and gave him the mark.
Adam also suited up.
They quickly ran towards her location, eliminating any forces they saw along the way.

Rory breathed lowly as did the other two as Parval passed by, giving orders to not let anybody interfere with the 'Vessels' power implement. Adam's blood boiled at this, but also gave him a new sense of fear. What were they planning?
Rory tapped the holographic screen and swiped on the door controls, hijacking them and taking control of the guards suits, making them emit some strange steam which knocked the guards out cold. It was probably put in there if any of the guards went rouge and Parval didn't want them to tell the plans to others.
Harrison snuck in, quickly eliminating the robotic guards and motioning the two inside. The two quickly ran inside and closed the large metallic door. Inside, they saw dozens of technical machines and they basically formed a chain around the metallic bars also formed in a circular pattern. A drop down was in the middle of it, with a metal lab tube getting energy from metal lines and wires.
Inside the test tube, they could see a woman with white, short hair that went just blow the back of her neck, with a white shirt on and a white jacket, with purple outlining the top before it went dark, she had dark pants on. Her heels were also dark while a white underheel. Her gloves were black on one hand, white on the other. The white one had a faint symbol of a semicircle with the ends linking in a straight line until the end of the glove.
Adam's heart flared with rage he hadn't felt before. He knew for a fact she wasn't human, but regardless, nobody should be put up to that! He lifted his sword and smashed down the test tube.
His friends stayed silent as he grabbed the woman and took her out. She looked around 17, actually. Just the same age as Adam... poor girl, put up to so much so young.
Soon after, her eyes fluttered open but she didn't get to say much because an alarm blared which foreboded enemies and more trouble.
Rory tapped frantically on her holographic screen and just managed to open an exit as the main door to enter the lab began to open. The three ran, Adam held the woman in his arms as they ran. Just as they jumped out of the secret exit, Adam turned to see, as the door closed, Parval staring at them; annoyed. Not good.

The three, plus the woman, ran until their legs ached. They stopped in a cave that had a fire and some bedding. It seemed that the people had gone out for a while, good thing they wouldn't be here long.
Rory panted. "We...We got away..."
Harrison grumbled. "And got ourselves another issue." He gestured to the woman Adam was talking to.
"I'm Adam." The blonde-haired man said, shaking the dazed but coming around woman's hand. "What about you?"
Her lips began to move...and she began to say something in a pleasant and medium tone of voice. Not too high or too low. "I...I'm.."
