The Bamboo house
I just got back from Keithland. It was a one-day business, and I would not like to be apart from Zephyra. She asked and begged to go with me, but I bit my lips so hard that I could not deny her. Keithland is full of hardcore people, and I was very scared that she might be in trouble even if she could handle that environment, but I think I couldn't. She's too sweet to get attention from the Mafias.
I miss her so much. I hurriedly go to wash and clean myself. I don't want to rush to see her again like that night.
Geez...
My face is hotter. This cold water isn't helping me at all.
It wasn't nice of me to run to her with those sweats all over me, and she also rushed to open the door for me. She knew it was me because no one gets access to her balcony; only mine is connected to her through the garden.
She didn't even wear that bathrobe properly. Because of her wet body and wet hair, I could see her skin through that cloth. I can't stop thinking about her—just thinking about her right now. I want to touch her face, her pinkish chubby cheeks, her cherry-sweet lips, and her beautiful and delicate body, along with her perfect collarbones.
Oh my god… her smell.
I cover my face with my hand.
Should I? Damn it, don't do it. I'm this age now.
"Heh fuck, Kaiza, you're not a boy anymore."
I talk myself out of the dirty thoughts.
The sky is dark. I should see her tomorrow, but she might also want to see me. I can imagine what her eyes would look like if she saw me. Would she hug me like a little kid?
"Hehe… it's gotta be cute."
I talk to myself and chuckle alone.
"Fuck it. I'll see her now."
I get out of the bathtub, and the water runs out on the floor.
I wear a white T-shirt and pajama pants. I use my fingers to run through my hair instead of combing it. My hair is getting long now. Should I cut it? It's started to get annoying, but Zephyra likes it when I tie my hair back. Forget it, then.
I step out of the balcony, and I can't see the light through her window. The wind is getting stronger every day, and it will rain soon.
"It's the beginning of the rainy season anyway."
I softly talk to myself.
I walk through the garden and reach her balcony.
There is no light. Is she sleeping? But I don't feel the air conditioning in her room.
I intrude on her space by sliding the balcony door to see inside.
"..."
"!!"
She's not in her bed. I rush to the bathroom, but no one is there.
Where the hell is she!?
It's dark out, almost midnight, and she's not in her room. Is she in the Gather zone or the kitchen? Maybe she's in the tearoom Fuck
"Her maid? yes."
I rush and run all over the space and finally see her maid.
"Where's Zephyra?"
"Mr. Takaki, I don't know, sir."
"What do you mean you don't know? You're her maid!"
"She's been out before noon with her bodyguard…And she's not coming back yet."
"What!?... Did grandfather know this?"
"I don't think so, sir.."
"You go tell him now!"
"Yes!!"
She obeys my order right away.
Fuck!.. Jay.. where is Jay now!
I'm about to run toward my room, but I stop myself.
Is she…running away?
"!!"
I quickly return to her room and check the closet and her stuff.
"They're all here.."
So she's not running away from me, but I cannot be relieved yet.
Then I run and rush myself to my room to find Jay again.
"Then where the hell is she!?"
I scream out.
"Master, what's going on, sir?!"
Jay notices me first and runs to me.
"She's gone!"
"Miss Zephyra!?"
"Jay!...call everybody! to the Gather! Now!"
"Yes, sir!"
I run beside him while he's calling one of the Takaki men. It might be a waste of time if we're just gathering and ordering the shits. What should I do? She might be in danger.
"Fuck!"
I scream it out again.
"Sir, did you try to call her?"
"No!...Fuck!"
I pull out my phone but wait. It's in my room.
"Give me your phone."
I tell Jay.
"Master, you should head to the yard, and I'll return to your room and bring it to you. I tell Shin-no. He will tell all of them together right now, so..."
"..."
I nod, and Jay runs back to my room. I press the digits on the phone and press call.
"Tid Tid Tid Tid…"
"Why is she not picking up?"
I call her again.
"Tid Tid Tid Tid…"
"For Fuck sake!"
I'm losing my mind right now and heading to the Yard, seeing everybody already standing in lines.
The Training yard
"Zephyra.. she's not here."
I tell them.
"!!"
"Tell me if you know where she went or have any idea or the last person who spoke to her."
"Sir, she only told me that she was going to the city and asked Jodai with her."
The white hair man speaks up.
"The city....Egret, you guys go to the North. Mantis, you guys go to the West. Serpent, on the East...and..."
"Mr. Kaiza..."
Kyo, my grandfather's bodyguard.
"I will take my man to check our area, sir."
Kyo tells me.
"Um...And Jay?"
"Yes, sir."
He arrives.
"You go to the South with me and also the rest…Find her. If you can't find and bring her here, don't fucking come back!."
"Yes, sir!!!"
"Let's go to Sovereign..."
I ordered the Takaki men to check all the areas in Sovereign City: North, West, East, and South. I checked at the Flower House in the Southeast first because it was the first obvious choice to think about her. Then, I decided to go to a place in the South that I never thought I would come back to again if it wasn't necessary.
If something happens to you, I'll never ever forgive myself.

"Sir, You can not come here at this moment!"
"Move before I shoot."
Jay tells the servant.
"Call your Master."
I tell him.
"Master?"
The servant needs clarification.
"Where the fuck is Achlys?"
I make it more clear to him.
"Sir, Please, everybody here is asleep."
"Jay."
"Thug!!"
Jay punches the servant down.
I walk up the stairs and notice the target I ask for.
"What the fuck are you doing here?"
Achlys holds his glass of water and shouts at me.
I run to him and grab his collar.
"Where is she?"
"Ha...Who the fuck are you talking about?... nice pajamas."
His annoyed face observes my clothes.
"Zephyra, you know who I'm talking to."
"Why are you trying to find her? Is she running away from you or something?"
"Don't joke around with me. I don't fucking have time. Tell me if you don't, then don't."
"Then why do you think I know?"
"You came to see her that day, fucker."
"… she's gone?.. don't tell me..."
He mumbles to himself.
"..."
I push him to the wall.
"Ha, She came to see me today...to talk..."
"About."
"Everything… you, my father, me, and our little agreements."
"!!"
I freeze, and then he pulls my grip out of his neck and pushes me out aggressively.
"So, she's really run away from you...heh, no matter how nice you treat her, never covers the ugly side of you, Kaiza. And now, finally, she knows..."
"What did you tell her!?"
"That you're using her.. to marry you."
"She knew that, but why did she just run away now?"
I talk to myself.
"...You used her to marry you so my father can continue the business...dickhead, do you think Zephyra will be with someone who uses her for someone she despises the most."
"!!!"
"Why...Why did you..."
"Heh, she has to know what kind of a devil you are."
"Don't fucking smirk at me, asshole. You're using her as well. Admit it."
"Yeah.. but she ran away from me once, and now she runs away from you."
"..."
"I'm gonna find her."
"Worst luck to you."
"..."
I walk down the stairs and about to get to the door.
"I wish she were far away by now, far away from you. She deserves so much better."
Achlys tells me before I leave.
