Both Miku and Seeley responded nervously.
As for Yumi and Kouno, they both looked awkward, mainly because they didn't even have weapons, making them nothing more than dead weight.
Despite all this, Vegeta casually sat beside Shizuka, watching without making any moves or showing any intention to interfere.
Before long, as the car door opened, Hugh was the first to jump out of the vehicle. Once outside, he quickly surveyed the surroundings to ensure no hidden zombies were nearby. Only then did he wave toward the others, signaling them to come out.
Seeing Hugh's signal, Miku and Seeley quickly exited the vehicle. After a brief moment of hesitation, Kouno and Yumi also got out.
Once the five of them had exited, Vegeta casually closed the car door.
The sound of the door shutting startled the five on the ground, but after realizing what it was, Hugh led the four into the police station with caution.
Seeing them leave, Vegeta turned his attention away from them and looked at Shizuka instead.
"I remember you have a friend who's part of a special rapid response unit, right?"
As he noticed Shizuka's eyes fixed on his tail, Vegeta asked casually.
"Ah… Yes, my lord. How do you know that?"
Startled by the sudden question, Shizuka took a moment to process it before looking at Vegeta with a curious expression.
"Is her house far from here?"
Instead of answering directly, Vegeta continued with another question.
He recalled that Shizuka's friend had a significant stockpile of firearms and ammunition, possibly more than what the police station could offer.
"It's not far. If we go in a straight line, it would take about twenty minutes."
"Good. After this, we'll head to your friend's place to gather supplies."
Hearing it would only take twenty minutes, Vegeta decisively gave the order.
"Oh."
Shizuka didn't question or refuse Vegeta's decision. It wasn't out of fear of the consequences of refusing him, but rather due to her natural naivety that made her see nothing wrong with his plan...

Seeing the fluffy, red tail, Shizuka's eyes sparkled as she reached out to grab it.
Feeling the warm texture and the sensation of fur under her hand, Shizuka was convinced that this tail was real.
"Amazing! The tail is real!"
Confirming the tail's authenticity, Shizuka excitedly continued to play with it.
Meanwhile, Vegeta, feeling the gentle strokes on his tail, gave her an odd look.
Noticing Shizuka's careful handling, Vegeta didn't say anything or retract his tail...
After waiting in the car for about ten minutes, the sound of gunfire came from outside, and Hugh and the others appeared within Vegeta's line of sight.
Seeing that they seemed to have completed their task, Vegeta withdrew his tail and opened the car door.
As the door opened, Hugh and the others quickly got into the car.
"Master, we've gathered all the firearms from the station."
Once inside, Hugh breathed a heavy sigh of relief and reported to Vegeta.
"Good. Let's go."
Noticing that everyone was armed with small-caliber pistols, Vegeta turned and instructed Shizuka.
"Yes!"
Nodding, Shizuka quickly started the car and drove toward her friend's house.
"You can start killing zombies now to earn some points."
As the car steadied, Vegeta instructed Seeley and the others, who were still a bit shaken.
"Uh… Yes."
"Yes, Master!"
With the order given, no one dared hesitate. They immediately moved to the windows and started shooting.
However, compared to Hugh, Seeley and Kouno, who were handling guns for the first time, were just firing blindly. Their accuracy couldn't be relied on at all. They even felt a slight pain in their arms from the recoil.
Seeing this, Vegeta coldly observed. If they couldn't manage to kill zombies even with firearms, then they weren't worth keeping around.
As for accuracy, there were plenty of firearms in this world. They could slowly collect more.
With an unlimited supply of bullets, their aim would eventually improve.
Or, with enough firepower, they could still kill plenty of zombies.
