Just as Inazuma was taking care of the bomb fitted on him, things in the tower were also going on full swing.
Bakugo and Kirishima were stuck in another part of the building due to the lockdown initiated by the villains on the whole tower. While everyone else including Deku and Melissa were just learning about what was happening right now and taking care of things as they can. Melissa had hacked into the cameras and were watching what was happening with others.
"Oh my god, is he gonna be alright" Denki panicked
"Don't worry if anyone can survive this safely its him" Midoriya replied calmly. His experiences and decision to improve himself had made him much calmer in dealing with tense situations.
"The entire island is on Lockdown right now, to expect help from outside is futile as the security system is now pointed their directive towards containing the threat rather than deal with it." Melissa said her concerns out loud "But the system is not supposed to do that since that can cause a lot of causalities so my guess is that they might have hacked into the system".
"But isn't the system of I Island said to be the best system around the world" Todoroki gave his input as his father had forced him to learn every important information around the world when he was being trained for being a hero.
Melissa's face had a frown.
"Yes, daddy told me that the only way someone can create problems to the system is from the inside, and it can't be done by others in anyway" as she said this, she clenched her fist in frustration.
Ochako put her hand on Melissa's shoulder to console her while the others at the time had different expressions as without even saying anything, they knew what that means.
It meant that there was a traitor among the people working in I Island staff, and that person is someone close to David Shield and is behind the hostage situation done by terrorist right now.
"We can't stop right now, since Allmight is unable to do anything because of the hostages, it falls on to us to deal with the current situation."
"But Midoriya we're students, doing something like that is illegal and we must not break rules as students" Ida was sceptical about taking this route.
"But we are not actually fighting, Allmight is unable to act only because they are in a hostage situation along with the fact that the villains are in control of the defence system. If we manage to take them out without actually getting into battle, we will not be breaking the rules" Midoriya gave his idea.
"Alright fine, but we are not to act upon our instincts to fight anyone" Ida said
"But what if we come in contact with the hostile forces" Todoroki asked the most realistic and important question of the situation.
And Melissa gave the answer
"You don't need to worry about that, we are in I Island right now, we follow an entirely different set of rules. Even if you are not pro heroes, the situation is serious enough that you will not fall into any trouble for using your quirk to mitigate the situation"
This changed the mood that everyone had and they began to plan their next steps with Melissa's knowledge of the entire tower structure. They decided upon a plan and as they were about to move forward by switching into two teams, with one going straight to the office of David Shield with the other to the Hostages area. The teams will split at the floor with the hostages. The team going to the office will shut down the security system while the other team will try their best to take down the confused criminals from keeping the people as hostages.

The sudden sound shocked them and from a distance they saw a large explosion with water falling towards every direction.
They were shocked as they realised what had caused the explosion and who was trapped by it.
"Is he" Mineta began to say but Todoroki spoke up.
"We do what we have to do and hope that he comes back, we have no time to waste thinking about stuff that we cannot do anything about"
Others looked at each other and nodded and then started up on their plan to use the stairs to climb on the top part of the building. Each with the aim to save everyone that they can.

Everyone watched the explosion go off with a shocked expression. Clara seemed to have a pale face as she saw the explosion spread across a large distance. She used her quirk to increase her eyesight. But she did not see even a single spark.
Allmight felt like punching something with the anger he was feeling. But he was not even able to move because of the people kept as hostage around him.
"You bastards, that explosion would have taken out a couple of buildings in the least" he growled out
"Yes, and that is exactly why my boss had designed it like that. It should be powerful enough to kill the fastest man on the world right, so we had to do our best" Wolfram said with a laugh in the end "Now, come on doctor, time is precious you know"
He and his cronies picked up David and his assistant to speed up their plan.
Even at this time, Clara was still using her quirk while frantically looking at every inch of water but because of the vapour, most part of the sea was not visible.
This at the time gave a bit of hope for her as she prayed that he was alive and inside the fog.
Allmight was able to see what Clara was doing and felt frustrated about his condition right now. And as he was thinking this, he heard a voice.
"Allmight sensei, can you hear me"
At the time, a person was floating in the ocean with some distance away from the explosion waiting to wake up to take the ones responsible for his condition down.
