Chapter 46 - Chapter 46 – Snowflakes-2

As soon as Ms. Esin finished her lesson, Demir hurriedly came to Tauriel.

- Tauriel, tell me, how did you make the ice ball explode? I tried but I couldn't do it. You saw it too, mine always fell where they were. I was not successful in any way.

Even if Tauriel will helped Demir on matters she didn't understand, she wasn't going to help him without anything in return. She corrected her stance. She folded her arms over her stomach like Ms. Esin and slightly lifted her chin.

- If you're going to learn something from me, you should first call me master.

- !?

- What? Is it too hard? Then you can go and ask Ms. Esin what you want to know.

- (Hearing Ms. Esin, Demir immediately corrected himself.) Okay, don't be angry, master. This student is willing to call you, master. You can be sure that I will learn everything you will teach me in the best possible way.

- (She looked into Demir's eyes for a while. Demir's fake smile was on his face, but this was not a big deal. The important thing was to dominate over him.) Since you are willing... I'm telling you now. Listen carefully...

First of all, you know that snowflake is formed by the freezing of water vapor, right?

- Water vapor? Wasn't it a water drop?

- Stupid student. Aren't there water droplets in water vapor? (Tauriel started telling what she learned from Ms. Esin.) You need three things to create a snowflake. The first of these is water droplets. The second is cold air. The third is water vapor.

Now we need to bring these three together. But remember, these should never be combined with each other. Otherwise, snowflakes won't form. (Demir seemed to object, but Tauriel continued her speech without pausing.)

Water can evaporate at any temperature. Since this is a pool, there is a lot of water vapor here. First, try to feel the water vapor around you and add it to the water sphere that you will be taking out of the pool.

- Doesn't water vapor turn into water the moment it touches water?

- (A sudden sense of déjà vu overwhelmed Tauriel. Because she had asked the same question.) Stupid student. Don't we have air power? You will use it. You will bring the water vapor and air together and place it in the exact center of the water sphere you created. The important part here is to collect as much air as possible in the center.

Then you will compress this air and water vapor mixture as you turn the water sphere into ice. Remember, you need to create a lot of pressure in the center. Additionally, the ice you create should be as cold as possible. Otherwise, you won't be able to form snowflakes.

When you have done everything I said in order and completed everything, you can now send your ice sphere up. When your sphere is high enough, you will quickly withdraw all the mana that holds it together. That's when you will be able to see the snowflakes...

- Is that all? Am I not supposed to break the ice into small pieces?

- What else do you want? I've told you everything I know. Find the rest yourself.

Tauriel increased her speed, showing that she was angry. She didn't know anything other than what she was already telling. She was just withdrawing her mana every time, as Ms. Esin said. Despite this, she had managed to create a snowflake in her last few attempts.

The two of them came to the dining hall without being able to talk any more. They ate together. After lunch, they took a light walk and eventually came back to the pool where they had their lessons when the lunch break was over. Immediately afterwards, Ms. Esin came in and came to the children.

- Now, if you are well rested and feel ready, you can continue where you left off. Go to your places.

Demir came to the edge of the pool. He decided to try the things he had learned from Tauriel. First of all, he tried to feel the water vapor in the air. Fortunately, he had learned how to feel the water vapor in the air from Teacher Celest.

There was too much water vapor just above the pool water. He started to bring them together. The water vapor gathered together and covered the surface of the pool like a thick fog. When Demir could not see the water of the pool due to the thick fog in front of him, he suddenly remembered. If he gathered more water vapor together, they would stick together and turn into water.

He didn't want something like this to happen. So he released half of the water vapor he had collected and instead mixed the surrounding air into water vapor. Now he could surround this mixture with water.

But the water vapor and air mixture he collected was taking up too much space. In its current mana, it could only take out a mass of water the size of a tennis ball. He could not understand how this mixture in front of him would squeeze into the mass of water. Finally, without thinking too much, he decided to do his best…

The water in the pool slightly swelled and a piece of water the size of a tennis ball left the pool. While the piece of water was spinning around itself and trying to become a sphere, Demir directed the air and water vapor mixture he collected to the center of the sphere. This mixture turned into a light fog line and started to fill the center of the sphere.

Due to the pressure created by the air and water vapor mixture trying to squeeze into a small area, Demir's command of mana seemed insufficient. Demir immediately realized the change in his mana and extended both his hands towards the water sphere and sent it more mana. When everything calmed down, he continued to fill the center of the sphere.

After a while, when the water sphere could no longer resist the pressure inside, Demir started to freeze the water sphere. Now, the water sphere that was slowly spinning and rising was freezing on one hand and taking the air and water vapor mixture to its center on the other. Even though the pressure at the center increased, the water sphere that had turned into ice was able to hold it together.

When the ice sphere reached Demir's eye level, all the air and water vapor mixture he had prepared was squeezed into the center of the sphere. The ice sphere spun in front of his eyes a few times before starting to rise towards the ceiling. When it rose high enough, Demir suddenly withdrew all the mana in the ice sphere.

When the mana that held the ice sphere together disappeared, the ice instantly turned into water. The air and water vapor mixture inside exploded with a loud noise when the ice sphere that was compressing it disappeared.

While Ms. Esin was standing aside as usual, watching the children, she was looking at the water globe that Demir had prepared. The water sphere that had been crooked in the morning was now much more smooth. The sphere slowly rose to the ceiling and exploded with a loud noise.

The sudden pressure release and the cold wind energy that emerged were freezing. A heavy blizzard formed inside the room. Esin Hanım's eyes searched for the children, but they could not be seen because of the snowstorm. She immediately released her mana and prevented the snowstorm around her from harming herself.

As we were heading towards where the children were, the intensity of the snowstorm decreased and after a while it stopped completely. Now there were only flying snowflakes in the air. The water in the pool had overflowing water due to the pressure explosion, but it had frozen in place before it could go very far.

While searching for the children, Ms. Esin found them at different corners of the room. The strong wind caused by the sudden explosion had thrown them to the sides. They did not have time to protect themselves. The cold snowstorm seemed to have surrounded the children and frozen them.

In her mana wrapped the children and took them under his wings. Immediately afterwards, she took the children in her arms and took them to the first aid room. She would deal with the remaining frozen pool and the snowflakes covering the floor later…
