After Dmitry managed to suppress the force of the Altair key, which seemed two or three times stronger when the false rulçr took possession of it, he used his True ruler ability to hide the Altair key in his pocket dimension using Katie's gift, the Room of Pleasures ability.
A meeting was held where Dmitry decided on the next steps to evolve the world. His chosen model was to turn his ten arms into commanders, each governing a part of the world, dividing it into ten parts and forming ten different kingdoms united into one continent under Dmitry's control. This way, he would handle only the most important tasks while his arms would deal with minor issues and follow Dmitry's orders when he was out of the game.
