When Ethan mustered the courage to raise his head again and look into her eyes, expecting her to be angry or annoyed with him for having told her such things, Madison surprised him instead by smiling at him.
"Wow, Ethan... I was expecting a simple comment like 'You look good today,' but you said much more than that." She said while shaking her head in amusement before continuing. "So, I'm hot and sexy, huh? And not just that. You love me because of that, including my personality. That was so unexpected!"
Ethan could feel the heat emanating from his face upon hearing Madison repeat everything that he had said to her moments ago. "Yes... I meant every single word of it," he replied while trying his best not to stutter. "I love you, Madison. I've been wanting to tell you how I felt for months now, but I could never bring myself to confess it to you. So... um, well... Yeah..."
