Nita read the message and then turned to the officer beside her. "This case will not be investigated further. Everything is clear," she said firmly.
The officers quickly dispersed. Some returned to their vehicles, while others ensured all procedures were completed before leaving the park. However, Nita remained in place, her eyes still fixed on the towering tree by the pond.
Nita approached the tree trunk, stretched out her hand, and touched its surface. She could feel a faint but soothing energy emanating from within the tree. The energy seemed to caress her senses, bringing a refreshing sensation that was hard to describe in words.
