After one hour of explaining that we should recruit promising military officers, and promising scientists but also promising people with the skills to help our cause, that we would put them in high positions so that they would serve useful in the future.
And so, after answering their questions I said to them,
"Well if there is nothing more to discuss, You can all go back to your posts."
"You Highness, If I may?" Mariana asked.
"What is Mariana?"
"Your Highness, you said that we must be ready and prepared for when you became the Tsar, but when will that be exactly?"
"That's a good question. Well you see, our monarchy has some very interesting rules to decide the next ruler, should anything bad happen to the previous one.
One of its rules is that the minimum age a ruler must be is 14 years old. Another thing that is interesting is that if the next ruler/heir is less than 14 then he has 5 years to become of age to become the next Tsar.
For example, the Tsar dies and his heir is only 5 years old. If he in 5 years ist not 14 then the next in the line of the succession will become the next Tsar.
But if the heir is 9 years of age, he will in 5 years be 14, so the next 5 years will be like a training period to get him ready to rule.
He, in the next 5 years will still be the Tsar but not official, only when he is 14 will he be crowned as the Tsar.
So to respond to your question, I plan to become the unofficial Tsar on my 9th birthday and then on my 14th birthday I will be officially crowned as The Tsar Of the Muscovite Empire and of all muscovians.
I will become the youngest Tsar to have ever lived.
And I will use the 5 year period to transform Muscovite into a technological, economic and military superpower more powerful than any empire the world has ever witnessed."
Now a young royal guard spoke with hesitation and fear in his voice.
"B-But your royal highness. For you to become the next unofficial Tsar. The previous Tsar, in this case your father, needs to either become unfit to rule or …" He stopped before finishing and looked at me.
"You can say it."
"Or he needs to die, your royal highness."
"Yes you are correct."
"Then..."
"And that will be HYDRA's first mission/plan and probably the most important."
"May I be so foolish as to ask what our plan will be, your royal highness?."
"The plan is simple on the surface. A few weeks before my 9th birthday, me and my father will go Istanbul for the The Sultan's birthday, there will be a few more important guest, but on that day there is going to be a terrorist attack that will kill my father and all of the Sultans family, advisers, generals and important figures plus a few international guest.

Hydra will be responsible for the attack but we will frame the Armenian people for the attack because their people and the Anatolian Empire have been having a few rough years as of lately and it won't be the first terrorist attack done by them.
Will every political and military leader dead, and the only living member of the Sultans family being his daughter, my fiance, The Anatolian Empire will basically be also under my rule.
I will become the Tsar of The Muscovite Empire, and Sultan Of the Anatolian Empire, for some time before I integrate it into the Muscovite Empire. Giving our great empire even more access to the mediterranean sea through the Bosphorus Strait and a bigger edge against the western empires both economically or militarily."
I stop to let them take in everything that I had just said.
"That was the simple explanation. The more complex explanation is that we must make sure that only I and my father will go to Istanbul, that all the anatolian government and royal family is present, we also have to make sure that the plan goes perfect and that we are successfully able to blame the armenian people for this atrocity.
But most importantly, we must make sure that only low level representatives of other nations will be present there, like people of low importance as representatives and ambassadors. Basically people that will not be missed in our future plans for global dominance, which means no royal families, no important government officials, no business tycoons, and no important people.
The only people that will be important in that party will be me, my father and the anatolian royal family and government. As we don't want the prying eyes of foreign powers sniffing and trying to find the culprits of the attack."
After letting another minute pass I finally asked.
"Anything else?"
Since no one answered and were still processing my plan I decided to dismiss them.
"Ok, since there are no more questions, I'll give you your first mission."
At this they all looked up at me with their eyes full of anticipation.
"Start to recruit everyone inside the palace and government officials to our cause. If they refuse and there is a possibility of them telling others of our organization, then kill them before they even breathe another breath, no hesitation.
We cannot risk them telling others about us so early."
After saying that I waved my hand and said.
"Now leave I want to go to sleep."
As all of them left they all said simultaneously.

Now I was alone with my thoughts as my only company. And I was in a deep debate inside of my mind.
*I have no grudges against anyone but sacrifices need to be made.*

But he is just like my grandfather and great grandfather and dozens of other idiots that ruled our nation before. A Total Imbecile that doesn't deserve to rule.
Even though I was reborn as a prince, I love my father and my mother and my sisters and grandparents.
*Maybe you don't need to kill your father, you just have to make sure that he is not fit to rule* No that won't work, that guy is a hard bastard and even though I have known him for a small time, I can 100% say that for as long as he breathes he will want to rule the nation. Because he, just like dozens of others before, is a power hungry dictator that just wants more power and trades the lives of his people to obtain it.
"I guess there is no other way" I sigh to myself and theside that it is time to go to bed.

That was my last thought before I finally succumbed to my very comfortable bed and fell asleep.
