Chapter 32 - Exiting the time chamber

Nira, ever graceful, danced through the storm of blades. Her movements were fluid, a symphony of elegance and precision. Each blade sliced through the air, missing her by the barest of margins, leaving a trail of displaced air that ruffled her pristine white hair. Yet, as the dust settled, one blade had found its mark—a crimson streak across the fabric of her robe, a testament to the raw power Kyoto had unleashed. She looked down at the tear, a hint of surprise in her expression, before looking back up at him.

"Your skills are... unexpected," she murmured, her eyes glinting with something that could have been amusement or admiration. "But this is where we part ways, for now."

The energy around them swirled and coalesced as Nira's own power flared. She raised her hand, and a golden aura enveloped her, the air crackling with divine electricity. Kyoto felt his own power being pushed back, the very ground beneath him trembling as she countered his ki wave with a palm thrust. The clash was explosive, a spectacle of light and sound that left the onlookers breathless.

But Fasha had had enough of watching from the sidelines. She leaped into the fray, her fists ablaze with her own crimson and blue aura. Her eyes were narrowed, a fiery determination etched on her face. She threw a volley of punches at Nira, each one packed with the fury of a supernova. Nira, caught off guard, took the brunt of the assault, her expression morphing from surprise to respect. The power behind Fasha's strikes was immense, a stark reminder of why she was feared across the cosmos.

The room shook as Fasha's fists met Nira's unyielding defense. The angel took each hit with a grace that belied the power behind them, her eyes never leaving Kyoto's. It was a silent acknowledgment that she understood the depth of his harem's strength, and perhaps even a challenge for him to continue pushing their limits.

With a final, explosive punch, Fasha sent Nira reeling. The angel stumbled back, her aura flickering. "Impressive," she conceded, her voice filled with genuine admiration. "Your growth has been... enlightening."

The tension in the air was palpable as Kyoto stepped forward, his own power a maelstrom around him. "We've proven ourselves," he said, his voice resonating with the promise of more to come. "Now it's time to face the universe."

Nira nodded, the gravity of the situation weighing heavily on her features. "Very well," she said. "Your training in the Time Chamber is complete. But remember, true power comes from within, not from the destruction you leave in your wake."

The group exited the chamber, their eyes gleaming with the promise of adventure and the thrill of the battles to come. They had proven themselves to be a force to be reckoned with, and the universe had no idea the chaos that was about to be unleashed in the name of love, lust, and power.

Zirith was sprawled out on a hammock, snoring loudly, surrounded by a mountain of empty bottles and half-eaten food. Her skin glistened in the light of the planet's three suns, and a smug smile played on her lips as if she knew that she had been the subject of their intense training. Nira, ever the diligent servant, rolled her eyes and sighed before approaching the sleeping goddess with a gentle yet firm stride.

With a swift motion, Nira swung her staff, cracking it against the side of Zirith's head. The goddess of destruction's eyes snapped open, and she sat up with a jolt, looking around in a daze before fixing her gaze on Nira.

"What? What is it?" she bellowed, rubbing her temple. Nira's expression remained calm, almost bored.

"Your little experiment is complete," she said, gesturing to Kyoto and the harem members. "They've come out more powerful than ever. Now, it's time for you to get up and do your job."

Zirith groaned, swinging her legs over the side of the hammock and letting out a sigh that could have deflated a balloon. "Fine, fine," she said, her voice still thick with sleep. "But remember, Nira, all work and no play makes for a very boring goddess."

The angel's eyes narrowed, but she said nothing, knowing full well the kind of 'play' Zirith was referring to. Instead, she turned to Kyoto and his harem. "Your next assignment is to deal with a disturbance in Universe 6," she informed them. "The details are on this pad."

Kyoto took the pad, his eyes scanning the information as he tried to hide his excitement. Another planet to destroy, another notch in his bedpost. But this time, he had the full might of his harem backing him up. He looked at Fasha and Gine, their expressions mirroring his own. It was going to be one hell of a ride.

But before they could teleport away, Kyoto felt a strange, unsettling energy within him, something he hadn't felt before. He turned to Zirith, his eyes gleaming with challenge. "I want to fight you," he said, his voice laced with determination. "I want to see just how powerful you really are."

Zirith's smug smile grew wider, and she let out a roar of laughter that shook the very ground beneath them. "Oh, you do, do you?" she said, pushing herself off the hammock with surprising agility for someone who had just been sleeping off a bender.

"But first, let's talk pizza," she declared, stretching her arms wide and letting out another yawn that seemed to suck the very air out of the atmosphere. "I've been craving that greasy, cheesy delight from a little planet in the Milky Way. You know the one—they have those little red dudes that can cook up a storm in those fancy ovens of theirs."

Nira's expression remained unchanged, but the slightest twitch of her eye suggested she was trying not to laugh. "Very well," she said with a resigned sigh. "But remember, Zirith, your duties come first."

"Yeah, yeah," Zirith waved her off. "But after that, we're going on a little trip. You can come too, Nira. You know you love those strawberry milkshakes."

The angel rolled her eyes, but a small smile played on her lips. "If we must," she said, knowing full well that she would be the one to clean up whatever mess Zirith left in her wake.
