The next morning.
Inside the three-story wooden house on Turtle Island, in Samui's room.
Shishou woke up on time.
As soon as he opened his eyes, he saw Samui sleeping beside him.
Looking at her cold and beautiful face, Shishou couldn't help but sneak a kiss.
Getting dressed and washing up, Shishou got up to prepare breakfast.
It wasn't long before Yugito and Mabui arrived at the wooden house.
"I want some breakfast too."
"Me too."
Seeing Shishou making breakfast, Yugito and Mabui unceremoniously added themselves to the list. Then, they rushed into Samui's room, causing Samui to exclaim in surprise.
Afterward.
The four of them ate breakfast together, and Shishou began teaching the three of them the senjutsu techniques related to Ryuchi Cave. He also passed on Lin Yuyuuri's Forest Senjutsu to them to enhance their senjutsu training speed.
To further strengthen their senjutsu training, Shishou absorbed several dozen White Zetsu clones split from Hashirama's cells and used them to help Samui, Yugito, and Mabui awaken the power of Hashirama's cells, allowing them to use Shadow Clone Jutsu to accelerate their training.
In the afternoon.
Shishou bid farewell to the three and returned to the underground laboratory in Fire Source City.
In the laboratory, Shishou took out a storage scroll from his pocket and retrieved a small piece of cellular tissue.
These tissues were extracted from those monstrous snakes.
After Tsunade killed all the snakes, Shishou found an opportunity to have his special bugs devour them completely, preserving some of those bugs for later use.
Today, he planned to use these tissues for cultivation, to see what would happen when they were transplanted into White Zetsu.
The hard bone structure of those snakes reminded Shishou of the Kaguya clan from the Hidden Mist Village, which had been annihilated.
The Kaguya clan, also known as the Kaguya clan, according to the records of the Hyuga clan, was a descendant of Otsutsuki Hamura. Both clans had been allies before the establishment of the Hidden Village system.
If the Uchiha and Hyuga clans inherited the Sage of Six Paths' and Otsutsuki Hamura's ocular powers, respectively, then the Senju and Kaguya clans inherited their physical prowess.
Shishou had long wanted to see the effects of merging the Kaguya clan's Shikotsumyaku and the Hyuga clan's Byakugan bloodlines.
Unfortunately, the rebellion of the Kaguya clan in the Hidden Mist Village resulted in all their corpses being burned to ashes by vengeful Mist ninjas. The only survivor, Kimimaro, was taken by Orochimaru, preventing Shishou from realizing his idea.
If those monstrous snakes were indeed created by Orochimaru using cells from the Kaguya clan, then they could be of great use to him.
Placing the snake tissue carefully, Shishou brought out his special bugs, using them to reverse-feed life force into the tissue, rapidly cultivating them with massive amounts of energy and life force.
After exhausting the life force and energy from several thousand pigs, Shishou finally cultivated enough of the cellular tissue.
Then, using cellular cultivation techniques, Shishou transplanted these freshly cultivated cells into over a dozen White Zetsu.
Next, Shishou had the White Zetsu split massively, using his special bugs to devour these White Zetsu with snake cells, and reverse-feeding all the energy into a new White Zetsu.
In this way, he obtained a White Zetsu fully awakened with the bloodline power of the monstrous snakes.
"If this really is the Kaguya clan's bloodline, let's find out."
Taking a deep breath, Shishou used his Sharingan to cast a genjutsu on the awakened White Zetsu, commanding it to use its newly gained bloodline abilities.
After several minutes of experimentation, Shishou was delighted to see a bone spike emerge from the White Zetsu's palm.
"Orochimaru, you've given me quite a gift."
Confirming that the snake cells could indeed awaken the Shikotsumyaku bloodline, Shishou immediately had the White Zetsu split again, using his special bugs to devour and reverse-feed all the energy into himself.
He then absorbed the energy gained from devouring the crimson snakes, increasing his chakra reserves by several hundred units.
Finally, he successfully awakened the Kaguya clan's Shikotsumyaku bloodline.
"Hiss!"
Manipulating a bone to grow out of his fingertip, Shishou gasped in pain.
This hurts like hell!
The pain was intense, making Shishou feel like he was about to pass out.
Honestly, the damage he had taken fighting against the Akatsuki organization didn't compare to the pain of forcing bones through his skin.
No wonder the Kaguya clan members were all mad; enduring this kind of pain for a long time would drive anyone insane.
However, despite the pain, Shishou discovered another advantage of the Shikotsumyaku: the control over flesh and blood.
After the bone spike fell off, he could freely manipulate the flesh at his fingertip to heal the remaining hole, achieving a no-seal healing level.
In other words, external injuries were almost irrelevant to a Shikotsumyaku user, as they could heal quickly. Only attacks on internal organs would cause significant damage.
This greatly enhanced the survivability of Shikotsumyaku users.
Next, Shishou temporarily disabled his pain receptors and headed to the moon to conduct further experiments.
On the moon, Shishou formed hand seals, using the Shikotsumyaku to create a skeleton in front of him.
Wood Release: Wood Human Technique!
With hands clasped together, countless trees grew on the skeleton, forming a wooden figure.
This wooden figure was different from others; Shishou had carved it to resemble himself.
Then, activating his Mangekyou Sharingan, Shishou encased the wooden figure in a layer of Susanoo armor.
Shikotsumyaku as the bones, Wood Release as the flesh, Susanoo as the armor, and if he were to install the giant Tenseigan he obtained from the Otsutsuki clan on the moon on the wooden figure's forehead...
Then this wooden figure before Shishou would possess the combined bloodlines of the Senju, Uchiha, Hyuga, and Kaguya clans.
If enhanced with senjutsu energy, this wooden figure would become a world-destroying powerhouse.
Of course, Shishou had yet to awaken the Tenseigan, so he couldn't use the giant Tenseigan of the Otsutsuki clan.
He needed to awaken the Rinnegan first, then try to fuse the powers of the Rinnegan and Tenseigan by awakening the Tenseigan with Hyuga Rimei's cells.
Therefore, he needed to be patient and wait.
Once he successfully awakened the Rinnegan, reaching the level of the Sage of Six Paths would be inevitable.
Just as Shishou was about to start cultivating with Hyuga Rimei's cells in preparation for the Tenseigan plan, he suddenly received a message from his clone in Konoha.
"The Hokage is looking for me?"
Shishou frowned in confusion and disappeared from the moon.
