"Sakura, do you want to learn makeup techniques?" Shishou asked with a smile as they entered the supermarket and he picked up some makeup supplies.
"Makeup techniques? Is that some kind of powerful ninjutsu?" Sakura looked at Shishou, puzzled.
She knew about makeup, but she had never heard of makeup techniques.
While selecting makeup items, Shishou explained, "It's a technique that uses makeup skills to change one's appearance to some extent. You can think of it as a type of ninjutsu."
"Do you want to give it a try?"
Sakura was stunned. "But I don't know how."
Shishou went to the checkout counter to pay for the items and then smiled at Sakura. "I'll help you."
Hearing that Shishou was going to do her makeup, Sakura's face instantly turned red, and she nodded quickly. "Okay, sure."
Then, Shishou led Sakura into a small alley next to the supermarket and personally started to style her.
As Shishou applied makeup to her face, his fingers constantly touching her delicate features, Sakura's face turned redder, and she felt a shiver in her heart. She tensed up, letting him have his way.
Shishou, aware of Sakura's inner turmoil, said nothing and continued to focus on his makeup techniques.
Although he hadn't formally studied makeup skills, he had naturally picked up the techniques over the years from watching Uchiha Mikoto.
He styled Sakura's pink hair into an updo, put on a wig, used makeup to make her facial features look more defined, and slightly trimmed her eyebrows.
Soon, Sakura transformed from a pretty girl into an androgynous young woman.
"Done."
Seeing the dramatically changed Sakura, Shishou smiled with satisfaction. "Tomboys can be very appealing too."
"Shishou, you're amazing," Sakura said in astonishment as she looked at her new appearance.
"Alright, now let me change my look too," Shishou said with a smile, asking Sakura to hold a mirror as he started to apply makeup to himself.
While doing his makeup, he also used a high-level transformation technique to alter his facial features slightly. This way, even Kurenai wouldn't be able to recognize him.
Originally, he could have just used the transformation technique to change his appearance, but he chose to combine it with makeup to further teach Sakura.
"Here, these makeup supplies are for you. I'll teach you more makeup techniques when we have time," Shishou said, handing Sakura the leftover makeup items.
"Okay," Sakura nodded heavily, holding the makeup supplies like treasures, her joy evident.
Afterward, the two quickly returned to the BBQ restaurant to meet up with Kurenai and Kiba.
"Makeup techniques?" Kurenai raised an eyebrow when she saw the transformed Sakura.
As a female ninja, she was naturally familiar with makeup techniques, though not particularly skilled in them.
"I just learned them recently. When I saw the makeup items while shopping, I thought I'd give them a try on Sakura," Shishou explained, sitting opposite Kurenai, removing his mask, and starting to eat BBQ.
Sneaking a glance at Shishou's different face, Kurenai felt a strange sense of relief.
It was okay for her student to share the same name as her loved one.
It was okay for their voices to be similar.
But if they looked the same, that would be a problem!!!
"Sensei, where's Kiba?" Sakura asked, sitting next to Shishou, wrapping a piece of BBQ in lettuce, and handing it to Kurenai.
Kurenai accepted the wrapped BBQ and casually replied, "He went to buy ramen. He said he wasn't used to just eating meat."
"Oh, I see," Sakura nodded, then wrapped another piece of BBQ, nervously looking at Shishou beside her.
"Shishou, this is for you," she said, holding the wrapped BBQ with both hands, nervously offering it to Shishou.
Seeing Sakura's nervous demeanor, Kurenai frowned slightly.
Shishou casually took the wrapped BBQ from Sakura's hands and popped it into his mouth.
Seeing Shishou eat the BBQ she had wrapped, Sakura was overjoyed.
When Kiba returned with some ramen, Kurenai began explaining the details of the next day's Chunin selection exam.
Watching her three students eat, Kurenai spoke, "Tomorrow's exam will be held at Konoha's Training Ground 44, also known as the Forest of Death."
"In the center of the Forest of Death is a tower called the Central Tower. Your mission tomorrow will likely be to reach the Central Tower."
"The Forest of Death is home to many dangerous poisonous insects, fierce beasts, and large creatures. It used to be one of Konoha's forbidden areas. However, in the past few years, the large beasts and insects in the Forest of Death have mysteriously disappeared, and Konoha has not been able to find out why. As a result, the danger level of the Forest of Death has significantly decreased, and it is no longer considered a forbidden area."
"So, your main threats tomorrow will be the other ninjas from different villages."
Hearing this, Shishou was taken aback and silently ate the BBQ Sakura handed him.

Shishou, Sakura, and Kiba arrived early at Training Ground 44.
They waited until all the candidates who passed the first exam had arrived, and then Shiranui Genma, with a senbon in his mouth, finally showed up.
After glancing at Naruto, Shiranui Genma began explaining the rules and content of the second exam.
The content of the second exam was the same as in the original series.
Each team would receive either the Heaven Scroll or the Earth Scroll before the exam began.
The primary task of the candidates was to obtain the scroll from another team to form a complete set of Heaven and Earth Scrolls and then bring them to the Central Tower in the Forest of Death.
The exam duration was 120 hours, or five days.
During these five days, all candidates had to stay within the Forest of Death. Leaving the forest would be considered a forfeit.
After Shiranui Genma finished explaining the rules, all candidates received their respective Heaven or Earth Scroll and were led to their designated entrances by their examiners.
After waiting at the entrance for a while, the examiners finally opened the wire gates at the designated time.
Shiranui Genma's voice echoed through the loudspeakers covering the entire area.
"The second exam of the Chunin Selection Exam begins now!"
As soon as he finished speaking, the candidates at each entrance simultaneously rushed into the Forest of Death.
"Let's go."
Shishou looked at Sakura and Kiba, then stepped into the Forest of Death.
