"What if I want to date her?"
Helena turned and saw the person she had been asking of.
"Why would you want to date her she has nothing to offer except her body" Helena said, sounding as cheeky as she could and putting on her best smile.
"She doesn't have to offer me anything" Xander said confidently and her eyes burned with anger for this certain attendant.
"Why would you choose her, she has done nothing for you, I'm not as bad as my family, I even take care of your daughter, do you she stopped speaking since you left? No you don't but now you know because I told you" Helena said with a croaky voice as she has been talking for a long time.
Xander opened his mouth to speak but he cut short by the richly dressed lady.
"It doesn't matter, I don't know how you won this lottery that you are flaunting around but I tell you it won't last. Just go out with me and i promise I won't be like my sister that divorce you. I have the money to take care of us, even if we decide to give Emily siblings to. Come on its a good offer. It's better than wasting your lottery money on a girl in the same class like you" Helena ended her monologue and seductively place her hand on his chest as she kept winking at him.
Xander felt like nothing as changed even though when he is not poorly dressed and run a conglomerate. They would never recognize him at equal. He squeezed his hands to a fist to tame his anger and gave his best fake smile to her.
"Keep seducing me maybe I would consider you" He said deadly and removed her hand from his chest and drop it at her side.
By this time Randy's shift was over and she was out of her work post.
Helena eyes lit up as she thinks of her success on winning over her sister's ex husband. Just as her happiness came it was quick to leave as Xander stepped pass her to get to Randy who was behind her. She was left to stare and Hunter who had been standing like a a ghost the entire time, smirking.
"Will you be my girlfriend" she heard Xander ask the attendant and furiously turned to them.
"Baby, you can't do that, you just agreed to go out with me and I can't share you!" Helena said no longer trying to hid her anger with sweet smiles.
"What do you say, would you be mine?" Xander asked Randy, simply ignoring the furious woman close to them.
Randy stared and Xander then at Helena back again at Xander and just then her heart skipped and blushed climbed to neck. She was happy that her work uniform had a collar covered her neck a bit.
She smiled shy and nodded.
"Uh, I didn't hear what you said" Xander teased and Helena face turned hot in anger. She didn't expect Randy to agree, she thought she would back off after knowing that she is interested in him.
"I said I would be your girlfriend" Randy said and her eyes met his eyes. He gave her curt smile. Randy diverted her eyes from Xander dreamy eyes to take care of the bitch problem at hand.
"So you are going to agree after knowing that I'm interested in him?" Helena asked and crossed her hands over her chest still holding her expensive purse in one hand.
"Yes, I would. He ask me out not you, he never agreed to dating you and I'm also not sharing him " Randy was happy that she could finally speak her mind after spending more than hour getting verbally harrased by the halfwitted woman in front of her.
"You are going to regret no choosing me" She stomp and left.
"I doubt that" Hunter said in a low voice, in fear of angering his boss but he saw Xander satisfied smile for the first time. Not his usual business smile but a smile that reached his eyes. It was beautiful.
Hunter felt something strange with this certain smile, he wanted to this smile everyday.
'What did heck was he thinking' Hunter mentally slapped himself and walked to his boss and the attendant.
"Boss, that was a good show" he said with a charming smile.
"Who is this?" Randy asked and sized Hunter from head to toe.
"Oh, this is Hunter, my personal assistant" Xander introduced.
"Nice to meet you Miss. ... " Hunter greeted with his hand stretched forward for a handshake.
"Diaz. Randy Diaz" Randy said warmly and shook his hand. She turned to the new chairman and smiled.
"So... About going out with you, did you mean or it was something said in the moment?" she shyly asked hoping not get disappointed.
"It was something said on the moment" Xander casually answered and Randy felt like a deflated balloon but she hid her sadness well. Not really, it didn't go unnoticed by Hunter. "I was actually here to give you an offer to be my fake girlfriend to make my ex wife and now her sister jealous, what do you say?" Xander said as if he was offering a business deal, he had pick up one or two things from Max.
This was ridiculous. She just had her feeling crushed and now she was been ask to be a fake girlfriend to make another woman jealous. Can her life get any dramatic.
Randy felt her phone ring in her pocket, she took it out and saw that it was her boss. This was strange because he had never called her since she got hired.
"Hello" she answered and the two men waited patiently for her.
"What? But-" her boss hung up on her, not ready to hear her beg.
"What happened? " Xander asked when he saw her forehead furrowed
"I just got fired, I'm very sure it's that bitch doing" Randy glared at her phone as if she could Helena from it.
"I would pay you to be my girlfriend for four months" Xander offered
"How much is that"
"Hundred grand"
"Make it one hundred and fifty" She said flatly. Even if she can't get the man completely she can have the money since she lost her job thanks to him.
