**DAY 3**
"One more and then we're done for the day," Benjamin said, shifting on the ground as he turned the page of the book. For the first time in his life, he was sitting and even lying on the bare, rugged floor. "Give me three good exercises to get my heart rate up and keep it healthy."
"Ha?" Tommy's eyes widened playfully, then he nodded. "Jogging... err, running?" He counted on his fingers as he recollected. "C-cycling."
"Add one more and make it four," Benjamin added, closing the book and letting it drop to the ground beside him.
Tommy pouted. 'Didn't he say three previous? Hmph! He's got a touch of the devil's own spirit!'
He extended his fingers and added one more. "Swimming."
"Atta boy," Benjamin said, ruffling Tommy's unkempt hair. "Now, I know some folks might say otherwise, but I say, runnin' and joggin' are just different names for the same dadburn thing."
"Aww?"
