Chapter 9 - Chapter 9: Against the Tooth and the Bed (R16)

"I think she's gone," Nemes said, only now relaxing slightly. She felt vulnerable, having embodied a 7-star character without a damn attack, and she hadn't even entered her inner garden to unlock magic!

"D-did she say she was a vampire hunter?" Misra asked, her voice shaky, tension evident. Nemes turned slowly to look at her friend. She seemed odd, more than usual.

Misra's eyes were dilated, her sweaty palms trembling. Nemes, with her heightened vampire senses, caught the unmistakable scent of fear. Something primal stirred within her, but she forced herself to remain calm.

"Yes, that's what she said," Nemes replied with a calm nod, hiding her thoughts. "Are you okay?" she asked, raising an eyebrow as Misra's tremors seemed to worsen.

"Y-yes, I'm just a bit under the weather," Misra said, feigning a cough. Nemes might have believed her if it weren't for Misra slowly edging towards the tent flap. Nemes narrowed her eyes.

Suddenly, both girls bolted. Misra sought the exit, and Nemes sought Misra. It was quick, taking no more than a second. The second's enhanced agility spelled doom for the first.

Misra struggled to break free from her grip in vain. She almost screamed, but Nemes covered her mouth with her hand. Seeing Misra about to break loose, the vampire pushed her against the blankets, now using her body weight to restrain her, though it wasn't much.

"Shh, shh, calm down," she tried to soothe her despite the effort it took to hold her down. The girl resisted fiercely. One wrong move and Misra would escape. Her attempts to calm her didn't work, so they stayed like that for several minutes, until...

"Ouch!" Nemes winced. "Y-you bit me?!" she exclaimed in a whisper. The princess had bitten the hand covering her mouth. Finally, Nemes' patience snapped. Her fury mixed with hunger. She bared her cute little fangs wide open. She struggled intensely until she managed to put her in a comfortable position and slowly approached her neck.

Seeing her, Misra began to squirm and scream louder, but with her hand over her mouth, only muffled sounds came out. Her beautiful sky-blue eyes widened more and more as the fangs neared her neck. Finally, she couldn't contain her anxiety any longer, and tears threatened to spill. But despite everything, she didn't stop trying to escape. She even attempted to reach for the knife under her pillow, but the vampire quickly denied her.

Eventually, the dilation in her clear eyes reached its peak when she felt the fangs gently and effortlessly piercing her skin. At first, sharp pain seized her along with despair. Strength left her body.

After the pain, came calm. She felt physically relaxed despite her mind not being so. It was a strange sensation. Then she felt gentle suctions on her neck, causing strange tingles throughout her body. Her mind clouded, and her body warmed each time a bit of blood left and another liquid entered.

Nemes continued to suck gently, enraptured. She had underestimated the hunger she had endured. She noticed changes in Misra: she stopped resisting, rubbed her legs strangely together, and her face had a terrible blush contrasting with her tears.

Nemes enjoyed the moment, the taste, the satiated hunger. Having control of the situation after all that had happened...

After a few seconds, seeing her victim's clouded and lost eyes, she stopped sucking and injected one of her analgesic fluids, putting her to sleep. She knew that if she continued, she would kill her, and even so, it was hard to stop...

"What the hell did I just do?" she thought, alarmed, her mind excited and her body aroused, yet the consequences of her act were stronger. "I'm going to be killed..." Her mind reviewed several plans, none good enough to calm her.

"She forced me, I just wanted to calm her..." She tried to justify herself internally, though she knew what she had just done had no justification. She could only tell herself it was for her selfish survival, nothing more, nothing less.

Looking at the elf princess sleeping with a deep blush, she could only accept what she had done. Now, she had only one question in her mind:

"What the hell am I going to do?"
