Amara's lips curved in a slight smile. "Good. We'll start with speed and agility."
Without warning, she pressed a button on her wrist device. The room came alive, holographic targets appearing and disappearing at random intervals.
"Hit as many as you can," Amara instructed. "And don't get hit yourself."
George launched into action, his vampire reflexes kicking in. He darted between targets, his movements a blur to human eyes. But Amara watched critically, calling out adjustments.
"Faster on your left turns! Watch your blind spot!"
As George moved, lasers activated, forcing him to dodge while maintaining his assault on the targets. Sweat began to bead on his forehead, his breathing growing labored despite his supernatural endurance.
After what felt like hours, but was likely only minutes, Amara called a halt. "Not bad," she said, her tone neutral. "But you're still thinking like a human. You need to tap into your vampire instincts."
