"Uh hello Mr., are your sensory organs stagnant or what" Seline yelled, now she got his attention, his face was full of surprise, then to that of confusion, then to disgust and then to amusement. When Seline saw the man's face, she was surprised; he was really, really handsome but that wasn't the problem at the moment, "I see that look on your face, its disgust right? and do you want to know who cause me to look like this huh?" She said pointing to her face that was partly covered in mud "it's you!" She yelled "Uhm Lady, I think you got this all wrong, I was on my own business in my carriage and happened to pass by some mud and you just happened to be there." he said eloquently "And what are you trying to imply?" Seline said glaring at him "What I am implying is that it's basically your fault", Seline's right eye twitched in annoyance, "It's my fault you say?" she muttered silently but loud enough for the man to hear "As a matter of fact it is, you weren't paying attention so you got mud on you" he scoffed and then continue, "Aren't I supposed to be the one complaining?, my beautiful carriage has been damaged and on top of that a crazy woman came up to me and started yelling" he said with a look of despair on his face. At this point, Seline was shaking due to the amount of anger she felt, was he really playing the victim here?" You ruined my clothes and said it's my fault, you concerned about your carriage that can be fixed with just a few copper coins, and WHO THE HECK ARE YOU CALLING CRAZY?" she said yelling the last part; this man was really unreasonable, he looked like he was literally bathing in money and could get five new carriages and dump the damaged one in a gutter and the worst part was that carriage wasn't even severely damaged it was only a wheel that was broken and that could be fixed with a few copper coins which was cheap even for Seline but in Seline's case, she had to sit under the scorching hot sun and wash her dress along with 30 other people's dresses; she felt like detaching the man's head from his body and feeding it to the stray dogs on the streets."I am just going to ignore whatever you said before now and just let you go first you have to give me compensation" the man said with the same look of despair on his face, "Compensation for what?" said Seline who was very confused, "For my mental health of course, it's not every day you get to see a crazy human who marches courageously to a vampire and yells at them fully aware that the vampire can snap their head from their body in less than a second" he said noxiously with a wicked grin plastered on his handsome face; Although the statement was detrimental Seline still remained unfazed and glared at the man more intensely, "Sorry Mr., but this crazy woman wouldn't have met you or even looked at you if you didn't splash mud on her" she said not sounding sorry at all. This amused the man even more, after what he told her she didn't seem fazed at all let alone scared. The by passers looked at Seline with pity, they kind of looked like a little rabbit and a hungry lion, the lion could just bite the rabbit's head off, but the rabbit still remained oblivious. "So how do you want me to handle this situation Lady..........." he dragged not knowing her name "My name shouldn't be known by you and finally you're speaking like a sane person" she said feeling her anger dissipating. The man chuckled, "Oh really, so I was the insane one huh?" Seline glared at the man, her dark blue eyes meeting his red ones, " I can't believe I tried to negotiate with you" "Alright, I apologize, so give me a solution to the problem at hand", he said not looking sorry at all but Seline ignored it, "Well I just need a change of clothes that's all" "That's all" said the man looking a bit surprised "Yes, what else would I need" he said with a perplexed expression, "So, all the problems you've caused is just because of a change of clothes" "Excuse me, it wasn't me who brought problems, it was you who brought it upon yourself...........and upon me too" "I'm just going to pretend I didn't hear what you just said, So get in" "Get in what exactly" " To the carriage of course, where humans always this dense" he said muttering the last part under his breath" Seline's original glare intensified, her eyes meeting his, "You have really pretty eyes, human" he said with a smirk on his face, "That's not the point, vampire" she said stressing the 'vampire' .Seline always had pretty eyes and she knew it; it wasn't everyday you see someone with dark blue eyes, her eyes were really dark blue looking like the night sky, well that's what her father told her, he said glitter like substances that seemed like stars were on them, but all those words were left to fade away when her dad died. "Ok then get into the carriage" said the man with the smirk still plastered on his face, "Hold on, I don't see a reason why" "Isn't it you who wanted a change of clothes" "Yes but you could just give me a bronze coin or two and Ican buy it myself" The man stroked his chin and hummed lightly, "What if you run away with the money" Seline face palmed and that's when she realized that she still got mud on her face, "You know what I'm going to pretend you never asked that question, and also do you have a handkerchief" "What do you need that for?" "And you say humans are stupid" "Excuse m-" "You are excused, anyways i need it for my face since you can't see the mud on it" "Well I think your face is quite pretty with mud on it, it gives an off but good aesthetic vibe", Seline wanted to buy some glue and glue his mouth together so that he would stop spouting nonsense, "That is not the point, do you or do not have a handkerchief" "As a matter of fact I do" He said putting his left hand in his pocket and bringing out a white handkerchief that looked like it was made with the finest silk; Seline paused for a moment wondering how she could use a material that was literally her whole salary times ten. Seline hesitantly wiped her face with the handkerchief and after a few attempts, finally got all the mud out of her face and neck, "That's better" she muttered under her breath, "I think I prefer your face with mud on it" "And I think I prefer your head detached from your body" "Oh don't be so negative", he said guiding her to his carriage, "I thought a wheel came off" she said looking perplexed, "Yes it was but it got fixed see" he said to the wheels of the carriage, all the wheels of the carriage where replaced with brand new ones, Seline was shocked, the former wheels were perfectly fine, only a wheel was damaged and that could be fixed with just a few nails and a hammer, "Why did you replace the wheels" "I felt they were a little dirty" he said after a little thinking, "That's why there I something called washing and also this is a road made out of dirt and mud, how do you expect the wheels to be clean" "I didn't want to wait for them to get cleaned and I also thought it would be more beneficial if they were all replaced, what if another wheel got off, I would have to waste my precious time waiting" "That doesn't mean you should replace everything, nothing of that sort will happen and even if it does just fix it again, you are a man for God's sake, even I can fix it not to talk of you" 'Ugh is this how rich people live' thought Seline, the man rolled his eyes slightly " Enough with the chatter and get in" he said pushing her slightly, Seline complied and got into the fancy looking carriage, she didn't have any more time to waste; the inside of the carriage was very spacious with seats that could contain at least 6 people, the two seats were draped in red velvet linen and something that caught Seline's eye.
