Twyla shook her head and tried to focus on the mushroom in front of her. She had laid her mushroom upside down on its cap and the silver mycelium had collected neatly inside. The underneath and stem of the mushroom were white with hints of silver if Twyla looked closely enough. It was quite beautiful.
"So, you figured out the process?" Seph asked.
"Yes, the mushrooms with the metal coloured tops have that same metal in their mycelium."
"Is that all?"
"Um… The arrows point to them?"
"Try again."
"I thought we weren't allowed to talk about it."
"Yes and no. The wards do not allow us to pass on the information to those who do not already have it. So, if someone walks in right now and they don't know how to harvest, you'll find yourself unable to continue answering my questions."
"I'm already not sure I can answer your questions," Twyla laughed.
