STGT Sect Garden

The garden is full of bright colors and lovely scents. Green grass surrounds flowerbeds filled with roses, daisies, and tulips that dance in the wind.

A winding path of smooth stones leads to a calm pond that reflects the blue sky. The air smells sweet like jasmine, and you can hear bees buzzing nearby. Tall trees offer cool shade, making the garden a peaceful place.

Among them, the gazebo stands quietly, its open sides framed by climbing plants and colorful flowers. Evening sunlight shines through the roof, creating soft patterns on the ground. This peaceful spot invites people to relax, enjoying the gentle sounds of leaves rustling and birds singing nearby.

Inside the garden gazebo, a blond-haired, handsome young man full of nobility and elegance sat on a stool, writing something without much hurry.

Naturally, the man was no one else but the crown prince of the Heaven Dou Empire, Xue Qinghe.

"I finally found you, big brother," a voice interrupted Xue Qinghe's writing as it reached his ears.

Looking ahead, the crown prince Xue Qinghe welcomed the visitor with a smile: "So it's Moon~ I thought It was someone else."

"Haha, it's not like big brother can't recognize my voice."

With a magnetic voice filled with youthfulness and a little childishness, a figure appeared. The boy had the same noble and elegant aura around him, which was not inferior to that of the crown prince of the Great Heaven Dou Empire. Although that was the case, there was also an air of youthfulness and playfulness that contrasted with the stable maturity emitted from the crown prince in front.

And this lively boy wearing a white robe is naturally the young but old Xie Yue, or simply Moon.

Hearing Xie Yue's teasing question, Xue Qinghe smiled and motioned for him to take a seat in front of him.

"What brought someone to visit me today? It's not like they care about me," Xue Qinghe asked with a small smile as he started to concentrate again on whatever he was busy with.

Hearing the question, Xie Yue felt amused in his heart but still put on an ignorant yet serious face as he asked a series of questions: "Why do you say so, big brother? Do you want me to prove how much I care about you? Are you angry with me for anything?"

"Why do I say that, you ask? Didn't someone go out to play around the city without asking their big brother to come with them?" Xue Qinghe asked with a smile again.

"As for proving their care, there is no need for anything like that..... now. But I will think about it." Xue Qinghe continued to work as he said; His amicable smile never leaving his face, but a cunning look flashed across his clear eyes without anyone noticing.

"Aah~ So it was this that made big brother angry. Isn't it because big brother is not in the sect and is busy with palace affairs that I decided not to disturb him?"

"If I had known that you would get mad, I would have gone to the palace directly to bring you to play," Xie Yue said innocently as he stopped Xue Qinghe's writing hand forcefully, prompting him to look at the former.

There was another inexplicable light that flashed in the eyes of the crown prince.

He, Xue Qinghe—or she, Qian Renxue—didn't mind this little hand contact that much since she was wearing gloves. It's not like she had never shaken hands with anyone after disguising as Xue Qinghe. Although she didn't like it very much, in her daily life as a crown prince, she needed to meet many noble people and interact with them. Avoiding contact with them was impossible, so she always wore white gloves to avoid direct contact with her skin.

So naturally, she didn't mind Xie Yue's little action. But what she minded was how he was so casual with her. Was her hand something he could touch without her permission? But considering their current relationship as the so-called brothers, she suppressed her rising anger and took back her hand with a smile.

Then she gave him a smile that said: I don't believe in any nonsense you said earlier.

Seeing her discreetly take her hand away, Xie Yue smiled disappointedly in his heart but acted nonchalant about her actions.

Seeing her give that "I don't believe you" smile, Xie Yue continued his persuasive conversation.

If someone had seen this scene, they would believe that these two brothers have a very good relationship.

But only Xie Yue knew that both of them were only acting. However, their acting skills were so high-level that they couldn't be identified.

----

Although it seemed as if Xie Yue was special to Xue Qinghe by the way the latter conversed with him, talking like "You don't care about me" and "I am angry with you," it was not true.

Xue Qinghe—or Qian Renxue—indeed didn't talk like this using such cringe-worthy words with just anyone and only spoke like this with Xie Yue. But that was also an act that she found necessary to get close to Xie Yue.

Other than her other little brother princes, who were her so-called blood brothers, Xie Yue was the only one she accepted as a little brother until now. Also, unlike her prince brothers, who didn't like to communicate closely with relatives and always greeted perfunctorily, Xie Yue's nature was totally different.

In her observation, Xie Yue was someone with a lively character who valued relationships very well and interacted with them closely like normal family and friends. So if she wanted to become closer to him, she had to act the same way. That was the reason why she talked very friendly with Xie Yue as if she were really his big brother. Other than that, there were really no genuine feelings in those words.

Xie Yue also knew this very well. But even so, he continued to try many methods and advanced very slowly even though he knew he couldn't corrupt Qian Renxue like he did with Tang Yuehua.

Tang Yuehua had many weaknesses, such as insecurities and ill-fated love and many other, which he could use to modify her feelings toward him. While Qian Renxue seemed to have no weaknesses. She longed for her mother's love and hated what she perceived as evil; however, Xie Yue didn't know how he could use these little weaknesses for his goal.

There was also the unique personality of Qian Renxue, which was to appreciate talented people. But appreciation is not appropriation. Where could he use that to get under her skirt... Hmm maybe trousers?!
