She kissed her forehead, hoping she could calm down. What was once a feeling of overwhelming guilt turned into a mix of relief and pressure upon hearing David say he knew everything. "You know?" Tears flowed more fiercely; she could finally share the burden of pressure and guilt, but, "You didn't tell me just to express your feelings authentically? David, do you know how painful it's been for me during this time? How could you watch me suffer?"
