As soon as I had gotten into the house, I went into the kitchen to wait for Connor to come back inside. When he eventually entered the kitchen, he was shaking his head and muttering, "… ignorant little shit, who the hell does he think he is? Needs a good kick in the ass."
"Connor, what happened?" I asked, watching him from my seat at the table.
"My pain in the ass grandson, that's what happened. Can you believe that little shit? Do you know what he said to me? He said that the Moon Goddess gave you too him. Like you were his possession. That boy seriously needs to pull his head out of his ass!," Connor growled.
"He is a douche bag; I will give him that. But I was referring to the discussion you were going to be having with Liam. Did you get to speak to him?" I asked.
"I told him I needed him to come by so that we could discuss a security issue. He said he would be over as soon as possible, so expect him any minute," Connor replied.
