The scene opens with Yuki peacefully sleeping in her cozy apartment. Her face looks serene, nestled into her pillow, as soft ambient music plays through her Bluetooth speaker. The calm is short-lived as a twist of fate intervenes.
Music fades, phone alarm blares in full force:
Suddenly, the volume spikes to max, filling the room with a deafening mix of blaring alarm sounds and music. It's like a DJ gone rogue in a nightclub.
Yuki (bolting upright, eyes wide):
"WHAT IN THE—?! AAAAAHHHH!!!"
She scrambles, the blanket twisting around her legs like a trap. Her heart is pounding, and she's too disoriented to make sense of what's happening.
Yuki (panicking):
"WHERE IS IT?! WHERE IS THAT DAMN PHONE?!"
The music and alarm continue, making the whole situation feel like an action scene from a movie. Yuki flails around the bed, patting every surface in search of her phone. She accidentally knocks over her plushies, a water bottle, and her gaming headset.
Yuki (frustrated):
"Ugh, why is this happening now?! I swear, if this is the universe's idea of a joke, I'm NOT laughing!"
The phone, of course, is not where she left it. In her earlier exhaustion, she'd slid it under the bed without realizing it. The sound reverberates from below, making it even harder to locate.
Yuki (diving to the floor):
"Okay, okay, stay calm... it's just an alarm. You can handle this, Yuki!"
She stretches her arm under the bed, fumbling blindly. Her fingers brush against the phone, but it slips further out of reach.
Yuki (gritting her teeth):
"Why does this phone have to be as slippery as soap?! WHO DESIGNED THIS?!"
Finally, after a dramatic struggle, she snatches the phone and turns off the alarm. The sudden silence feels like divine intervention.
Yuki (lying flat on the floor, panting):
"Finally... peace. Sweet, sweet peace."
But her moment of relief is short-lived. She glances at the screen and sees the time.
Yuki (screaming):
"OH NO! I'M ALMOST LATE FOR SCHOOL!"
She jumps to her feet, scrambling to throw on her uniform. Her hair is still a mess, and she grabs a hairbrush, frantically trying to tame it while hopping into her shoes. In her rush, she nearly trips over her own feet.
Yuki (talking to herself while running out the door):
"Okay, okay, don't panic. I can make it. I just need to run faster than I ever have in my life. Yeah, no big deal, right?"
The camera pans to the Bluetooth speaker, still sitting on her desk. It lets out a faint crackle, as if mocking her before finally shutting off.
End Scene.
