"Breaking news! Breaking news! The Judge appeared in broad daylight to rescue the East District Police Station!"

"Surrounded by super-criminals, the East District Police Station was saved by the Judge, who has been on the run from the police. Let's look forward to solving the mystery of the Judge's identity!"

In the bustling central district, bat masks were hung everywhere, and children dressed in Batman costumes were playing and laughing.

But unlike before, the screens on the central buildings, usually showing the latest news about Batman fighting crime, were now broadcasting a new face.

Under the black robe, a black coat, a black mask stained with blood, and deep eyes barely visible under the cloak, the man stood in the nearly ruined police station, scanning a group of cowering criminals.

It was footage from when John had punished criminals some time ago, captured by a reporter who had arrived in a hurry.

At the central police station, officers were answering phones and explaining the situation.

"Hello, ma'am. How can I help you... What? You want to rescind the Judge's arrest warrant and grant him a pardon? Fuck!"

"Hello, currently, the Judge's activities are confined to the East District. Please remain calm! Wait, why are you worried the Judge will find you? Are you a criminal?"

In the chief's office, Gordon was on the phone.

"Boss?"

"One Batman is already a lot for us to handle, and now we have another popping up! What's going on in the East District?"

"I heard they suffered heavy losses. Should we send reinforcements?"

"No need? They're already sending people from above?"

"?

Gordon frowned, puzzled. Besides the central police station with its large personnel, which other police station in Gotham could spare extra hands?

"What about Batman? I heard he killed again?"

A teasing voice came through the phone.

"Hah? He's never killed anyone!"

Hanging up the phone, Gordon's face was serious as he looked at the latest photo of the Judge.

Meanwhile, at the East District Police Station, George looked at the scattered documents on the table. They had been busy all day organizing everything that had been damaged.

"They're here! They're here!"

A police officer shouted, and all the surviving officers looked expectantly at the newly renovated entrance.

Men and women in uniform, with blank expressions, walked into the somewhat chaotic police station full of bullet holes.

A bearded middle-aged man leading them stepped forward, grabbed a desk, and flipped it over, his eyes deep as he looked at the bewildered officers.

"Maintaining order? Fighting crime? Ridiculous, ridiculous. A police station overrun by criminals is the biggest joke I've heard in my 30 years on the force!"

His deep voice echoed in the silent station, and all the officers looked ashamed.

Striding towards George, the bearded new chief extended his hand first.

"Detective George, hello!"

Under the incredulous gaze of the black officer, George, looking serious, shook hands with the new chief.

"If those criminals hadn't killed Leon, I would have sent him to a military tribunal for trial—corruption, bribery, gang affiliations—he deserved to die!"

Edron said bitterly.

"I've read your file and the situation. You're the only detective I recognize in this station. Very good. I hope we can work well together and restore harmony and stability to the East District!"

"Yes!"

The officers exchanged glances, never expecting the situation to develop like this.

Entering the office, Edron looked satisfied with the new equipment. The door clicked shut, and a man and a woman in uniform walked in.

"Sir, when do we start?"

The woman's eyes flashed as she looked at Edron sitting at the chief's desk.

Picking up the Judge's information file he had prepared, Edron looked thoughtful.

"This guy is something else. In my opinion, he might even be more troublesome than Batman!"

Examining the photos of criminals killed by the Judge and their cause of death, Edron's lips curled up.

In the president's office of the Allen Group, the white-haired Allen stared at a brown file detailing various individuals.

The Talon Files.

Skimming through several files marked confidential, he reached a familiar face.

Allen Gray, his heart raced. His confidence wavered after the Judge's swift killing of a super-criminal during the Masked Society's attack on the police station.

This incident shook both the public and the underground world.

His backing organization was also hesitant, with many operatives sent to other districts for assassination missions and some monitoring Batman. As a lesser family within the organization, his resources were drastically cut.

This made him uncertain about his next steps.

Placing the document on the desk, Allen looked out the floor-to-ceiling window, observing the orderly houses of the East District and the people on the streets.

Stretching out his hand in a grasping motion, his face darkened.

Beep beep!

As his phone rang, a calm voice filled the spacious office.

"Cancel some operations! Including the one targeting that woman!"

At the largest exhibition center in the East District, people flocked to admire the exquisite artworks on display.

The bald curator smiled from the second floor, satisfied with the enthusiastic crowd.

A slight commotion in the crowd drew his attention as a woman in a black coat walked into the hall, attracting many admiring glances.

Even the curator's gaze lingered on her.

"This way, miss. Which exhibit are you interested in?"

A man in a tuxedo approached with his most elegant expression.
